SCREEN TIGHT W5BAR36 5 Bar Screen Door, 36"

I screened in my patio and wanted to add two doors. I looked around at both Home Depot and Lowes for doors. I found this particular door and liked it very much. The price tag was higher than I wanted to spend (north of $250.00) since I need two. Just for grins, I looked here on Amazon and what do I find but the same door for $100.00 less. I bought two but was I surprised when they arrived. One of them had broken at the corner mortise, but no problem I can easily fix that. While preparing them for paint I discovered that they were broken in several places and the finish was really rough. Well, long story short I'm willing to bet that they are seconds from the factory. They do not match the fit and finish I saw at the home improvement store. By the time I recognized the situation I was too far into finishing them that I could no longer return them.

Screen tight unit was made poorly! Joints where glued crooked---not flat. Gaps where left in the joints. Glue was left on several surfaces. Screen channel pieces where cut to short---barley held with corner joints---called customer service and requested replacements for the top and bottom channels. Not the quality that I have seen from this company in previous purchases.

Was exactly what I wanted and looks great up. It came with one broken piece but I just glued it back on as I didn't have time to do a return. I added a clear gloss lacquer to it and it's beautiful!

Very cheaply made , finger joints and out of square, it is coming apart

Beautiful door, unfortunately I have to replace the torn screen, seems to have been torn during shipping.

It was thinker then ones found at local stores and I liked that the screen could be removed for painting however the wood work is not that of a $130 door.

Just installed door. Had to cut to fit which I knew when purchased. However the build quality was very poor. Will need some work to make it look like it should have been from factory before painting it. Ordered from Lowe's which had its own confusion. I would have expected much better quality for a $160.00 pine screen door.
