French Press 7 Cup Coffee Maker- 28 Ounces

This is a great french press that came virtually overnight (with Amazon prime-selected shipping). As I currently live with just one other roommate on opposite work/sleep schedules, this is a great tool for us to both enjoy a fresh pot of coffee without having to cook a whole pot of coffee. We live in San Francisco, right across from a Philz Coffee Shop, and being able to enjoy the premium beans at single cup servings (however makes up to seven cupes) that work for both of us has made this french press an excellent purchase in our household. It is easy to clean as well (diswasher safe as advertised) and it is great that the heat does not radiate toward the exterior, which has been a problem in other french presses that I have previously owned.The french press has worked perfectly well with coffee grounds from local coffee shops as well as Peet's thus far and the press is portable as both my roommate and I have taken it to the office as well as used it in our home.Great item!

Pressing coffee is for that special cup of coffee. It's messier that using a Mr. Coffee, etc. and most presses only make two cups of coffee. This one is easy to use and and clean. This press allows a bit of sludge to get though the screen and that ends up i the bottom of you cup-- get used to it because it is the nature of the coffee press. Very slow pressing action can reduce the sludge, as can handling the press carefully when pouring. I like mine and I purchased another for a gift. For the price I think it's as good as they get.

Construction feels a little shabby, the handle is very weak but its a French Press, kind of hard to mess up and does the job.

Do not like plastic top. Screen flimsy compared to previous French press I owned. Coffee delicious though.

It's great, especially for the cost and I like the design. It was super easy to use and makes about two huge cups of coffee, or four smaller ones. Easy to wash and a great purchase. Super fast delivery. I would very much recommend it and look forward to using it. It does not come with instructions, but they're easy enough to figure out/google.

Very unimpressed with this item. The cheap metallic outer casing is loose around the glass and the handle is super flimsy. I worry that, as I'm pouring coffee into my mug, the glass cylinder will slide out of the metal casing. I do not recommend this product. Consider springing a few more bucks and getting a french press of higher quality.

Broken on arrival. Must have been broken before it was boxed because the chunk of glass that was missing wasnt in the box.

Glass carafe is poorly made. Broke after 3 uses.
