I have been taking vitamin D3 supplements for years without realizing that I also needed to get vitamin K2 so that my arteries can stay healthy along with it. I think I'll stick with this one as it has both forms of vitamin K and it is hard to get enough of it from food.

Everyone should take these.
If you're on a low fat diet, or taking statins, you should be taking these. Really you should get a CAC cat scan to help evaluate your risk. Simplistically, K2 signals calcium where to go, to your bones or your arteries.If you are low on K2 your calcium may end up in your arteries causing cardiovascular disease. You are in charge of your own health, not some team of health care professionals. Start reading and you will soon start understanding your body and health.

Does it work?
I never know how to review vitamins when I don't feel anything. I think it's a good vitamin and was recommended by Dr. Berg. I'm trying to be more health conscious as I'm getting older.

This is the answer I've been looking for
I have medical issues that cause me to bruise easily.. big time! Vitamin k is what they use for hemophilia.. it is working great! My cuts and bruises heal fast!
