This is the best product of its type at a very affordable price. My wife uses it as she has reduced mobility. We both drive late model TJ Jeep Wranglers and it is so easy to flip the back open, fold the unit, toss it in the back and off we go. We have used the shopping basket only once and it was very effective (generally, at the store, she is riding a mart kart while I am pushing a regular cart for the purchases). She has been using it for over a month now with no complaints, except for one thing. Mechanically, the strap that passes through the seat to the locking cams, connects to the cams via a split ring. The split ring is a cheap pos and, without our noticing, started to uncurl and eventually jam the cam. We are both scuba divers so we have a cache of 1” stainless split rings which I used to restore functionality. If I had known ahead of time that this was an issue, I would happily have changed them out, day one.Would I recommend this product - without hesitation but I hope that Amazon can add two split rings the the “frequently purchased with” recommendation.

I was not sure if I would like this walking or not but after receiving it and using it I believe it was a very good ideal it brakes down to a good size to travel and in addition it gives you the ability to stand straight up instead of slump over better on my back I wanted to give it a 5 star but too many time I've done that and have problems with it lasting like the last chair I bought on Amazon it only lasted about 3 years and I know it should of lasted longer then that so I took the wheels off none had lubricant on any of the wheels and it broke the inside out by rusting so tell i see how well this last this is it but overall i love this chair

I adore this rollator. One problem was that the handle adjustment is too short. I'm 5'10" and totally detest having to hunch over. I have back issues. I noticed on this that there was about two inches above the highest adjustment hole. So I bought a drill bit and drilled two more adjustment holes on each side, and now it's perfect for me. I have no idea why the manufacturer didn't do these holes, but I noticed there is no problem with either stability or structural integrity..

I am seventy-two years of age, 5-11, 220# and have had trouble stand up for any short period of time. I tried a cane, but it wasn't doing the job, and I knew I needed a walker. I first looked at the stand-up walker, but at $700, it was just too much. I haven a means of reviewing Amazon products, I don't go to the five star reviews, I read the one star reviews first, to see what the problems were. Many had wheel bearing problems, along with other issues. This KarePro model had good ratings and was reasonably priced. It arrived in one day, rather easy to assemble and is really built with stability and practicality. Rolls easy, folds easy, hand grips raise high enough for me, very well made.

I got this walker hoping will help my husband. He had trouble going on small bumps. When using it, on a road that has small bumps, makes him go forward. It happing to me just trying to take the walker form our hotel room to the car( my husband used wheelchair) I almost fall in top of it. Very dangerous & I can walk! So I checked the walker & saw that even with the breaks it can slide down hill for example. I have a van with a ramp. We always need to hold back my husband getting out the van. I need the company to call me so they can tell me what I can do to fix this or I need to return it even though the return period has expired. We had tried to use it & not to give a bad review. I bought this for my mom, and she absolutely loves it. It helps her get around so much better than the standard walker she had been using. She can walk further and her back is bo longer hurting because if having to stoop over the walker. She can now stand up straighter and maneuver so much easier. I would reccomend this product to anyone using a standard walker.

I'm thrilled with my new walker. It was a doddle to put together, instructions were clear (just unfold this and that and tighten a couple of screws). It's easy to walk with and comfortable to sit on. It will make a big difference for when I go out for a walk, knowing I can sit down if I need to. Recommended!!

The wheels are too hard; they do not move over a gravel surface easily. The Rollator is advertised for "outdoor" use, but the hard wheels do not permit it to roll easily over gravel surface; the gravel causes the front wheels to stall and the user to tip forward, possibly inviting a fall. Is it possible to exchange the hard tires for soft rubber tires which will move more easily over gravel? RECOMMENDATION: Use softer tires, and move the front tires forward more to avoid tipping.
