Are use this down in south Texas because of the warm weather. Surprisingly, the grass is comfortable standing on it.

Bought as a gag... fell in love!
I thought these were hilarious - and so does everyone who sees me wearing them (especially in the New England winter!) I bought them for myself as a gag this past summer. The have become my favorite casual footwear. The artificial grass is surprisingly comfortable. They are definitely not a "cheap beach flip flop". The sole is full sized for my clod-hoppers, and full thickness. The camo strap is wide and comfortable too. I love seeing the GFF logo in the snow!

The faux grass was cheap and plastic looking, rough to the touch. Very uncomfortable!
I ordered these for my husband as a gift. He mentioned often that he would like a pair because he “wanted to feel the grass under his feet when walking around” LOL... I may have seen him wear them once or twice in the past five months since he received them. I know he did not want to complain since they were a gift however it was impossible not to notice the faux grass was very cheep and plastic looking. I tried them on as well, they did not feel at all like grass under my feet, on the contrary they felt like cheap rough plastic and were very uncomfortable. The sandals were very disappointing. I have invested money over the years in various types of faux grass for my home to use as outdoor decor and create faux “ living walls“ I know the type of materials that are available and I was expecting something a lot more organic looking and feeling even if it was not real grass they could’ve been a lot softer and more natural looking. artificial grass has come al ong way since the 1960s Astroturf. They were definitely a waste of money and I do not recommend purchasing them.

Like all new items they was stiff at first but I still love wearing them and it is in the 40’s and 50’s outside and I still wear them❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

They're different and my son is a little different and he liked them
I liked everything about him I saw them on somebody's feet in the chiropractor's office and when I got home I ordered them for my son's birthday for a gag gift

great conversation piece
My granddaughter wanted these and loves them. They feel like walking on astroturf and aren't scratchy, as I feared. If I was buying them again, I'd buy a size larger than needed because the toe peg is placed further away from the front of the sandal, which means the total length is a bit shorter than expected. But she still loves them and has been wearing them non-stop.
