what is the procedure to make rasgullas from it?

Pour some lukewarm water slowly in mixture and kneed it to make smooth dough. Then make small round balls of the size of a grape. Keep on making these balls uniform till no crack is visible on surface. Little oil may be used on hands. Deep fry them in low heat till they are golden brown or brown as per taste. Bigger size balls remains uncooked from inside.Then dip these fried balls in chashni of ek tar (sugar syrup) immediately after taking out of frying pan. Prepare chashni in a bigger utencil because Gulab Jamun will absorb lot of water. Chashni should be hot. Gulab Jamuns will grow in size after 20-30 minutes.Hope you will be able to make good looking and tasty Gulab Jamuns.
