we got this for the baby nursery, and have been very satisfied with its performance overall.1. The video clarity is great. Zoom makes the images pixelated, but normal viewing is great.2. Audio also comes through pretty clearly, though with a couple of seconds lag3. The two way talking is like that of a walkie talkie - ie. you can't hear the other side while you are talking. Which isn't really an issue for us. We don't use it for regular communication, more to spook baby once in a while! :)4. Night vision is really clear. It is in black and white but the video really comes out great.5. It does take a couple of tries sometimes to access the camera over internet. And the app per se is glitchy sometimes - say 3 out of 10 times. But it isn't annoying enough to be a huge problem. Just restarting the app mostly solves the issue.6. It is annoying however to have to take the SD Card out to view past recording. So while we do have the recording on, we honestly haven't removed the card to view past videos more than once in the last 3 months. We instead rely on random spot checking through the internet.7. We've also NOT been able to view past videos on our laptop. We've tried everything - installing the software, the drivers etc. Its just not worked. That might be another reason why we don't remove the SD Card anymore! :)8. The ability to set auto record based on time slots and other customization are great. We've set the camera up to auto record from 9 am to 6pm while the maid is with the baby, and it makes very structured videos for each day. Older recordings are overwritten once the card is full.9. I got this specifically for the following features - plug and play, Pan, tilt and zoom, recording and two way audio - and the camera has worked well on each of these features.

I brought this last year to use as a security cam. We call it the chooha cam. Because it looks quite cute and mousy. Here are the pros and cons-The GOOD-1. Easy to use. Has both Wired & Wireless options.2. Motorized movement allows to capture wide view with one camera.3. Quality is really HD and you can read large text.4. Can use as two way communication via speaker. You can also play a prank on your friends by hiding the camera.The bad-1. The software is Predominantly for android and you cannot setup the camera from laptop or Manually. You need to use their special app.2. You cannot view Camera on laptop by simply typing in assigned IP address. you need their specific software, need to go on their link and login with username to see on laptop. Really cumbersome & Not very standard (TP link is most standard, just type IP addres to view.)3. Android app always runs in full screen so you cannot check your battery, Notifications etc when camera is running.4. Phone heats up after just 15 mins of use.5. Cannot view multiple cameras PIP on any device. Just one device per mobile.6. No Full screen option to view on laptop.

well I bought it after a thorugh research and I was not disappointed. I am really impressed with the ease of setup. just took 5 minutes to set it up. another nice feature is the remote pan and tilt, it works flawless. the image quality and sound quality is good. even in night the quality is good. Only issue is the device viewer software I am not able to download from the site. it says the source file is corrupted. I am using windows 10 so I guess that may the issue with the device viewer but i am not sure.The internet explorer plugin to view on desktop is working fine. It doesn't have support for two way communication and record button on this plugin doesn't work. The mobile app does what it claims but is less intuitive.it would be great if it can be improved a bit. even though there is an option to enable zoom in the settings of mobile app the zoom and focus doesn't work. overall a great product at this price point.

Pros:- Awesome Video Quality- Clean Night Visibility- Direct recording facility on memory card as well as in computer through LAN or Wifi- No static IP or Port Forwarding needed to view from internet. Just install the app and it works fine.Cons:- The video files recorded in memory cannot be downloaded / transferred to computer through LAN / WiFi at a later time. If we want the files on memory to be copied to computer, we have to take out the memory card from the camera and do it using card reader. File Browser / Copy to Computer option through LAN / WiFi should be available in the DeviceViewer Software.- HD 720p is available for live view only. Recording occurs in VGA 360p only.- Cannot be opened in Internet Browsers. Mandatory to install software in every computer to view it.- Cannot be accessed in own local area network without internet connection.- Timer setting in android app allow time zones in full hours only. For example, India's time zone is GMT+5:30. We can't set this time zone. We have to set either GMT+5:00 or GMT+6:00
