Mosura TDS Up is specially formulated to increase the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) of shrimp tanks. It does so by restoring the required minerals in the tank. TDS Up does not increase GH (General Hardness), it has a slight acidic property which is suitable to be used in shrimp tanks that require an acidic water range (e.g. Crystal Shrimp, Red Bee Shrimp, King Kong Shrimp, Wine Red Shrimp, Fire Red Shrimp, and many other species). This product is not recommended for shrimps that need an alkaline range of water (e.g. Sulawesi Shrimp).It is highly recommended to use TDS Up concurrently with Mosura Mineral Plus to restore tap water, RO water and distilled water to the desired GH and TDS levels. A GH of 4 dH and TDS of 150 to 200ppm is recommended for Red Bee shrimps. A higher TDS is needed for the Neocaridina genus. Adjust the GH first, then the TDS/conductivity.To measure TDS/Conductivity, the Mosura TDS pen is recommended.
