Vivostore Cat Tree Tower with Double Condos, 51" Kitten Activity Tree with Platform Play House Wrapped Scratching Sisal Post and Dangling Balls

This cat tree is probably the biggest heap of crap I've ever purchased online. It came in with corner pieces already broken off of the two boxes (that a/the cat would walk into). The flimsy particle board that made up the first level was cracked. What's worse, is the unit you see in the picture is absolutely not what you get: the height/dimensions/scale of the pieces are completely different and varied. No instructions are included, mind you, and no matter how one tries, after the first level, nothing sits evenly, the other levels will be askew. For $45, I expected the quality to be poor but this takes it down to a level one cannot even fathom. These pieces must be cut and put together in a completely dark room by kindergartners. If you're skipping to the end of this diatribe, here's your take away: For the love of anything that is good in this world, do not buy this. Either get a smaller one or wait a bit, save up your money, and pay a bit more for a cat tower that won't have you pulling your hair out and wasting time going to UPS to ship this garbage back.

Arrived on time, so Amazon gets the star portion of this review. Package arrived with all hardware loose in box. No instructions included. Found a picture online and assembled per drawing. The material used for construction is about 3 times the thickness of a piece of paper. I do not recommend this product unless your cat is under 2 1/2 Lbs. Once assembled it barely stood on it's own. I disassembled and drove it to the UPS store immediately. Do not waste your time, energy or money on this. Huge disappointment.

Worst cat tree EVER! My sister bought this and we had to put this together with NO instructions. Parts of it were already put together which caused it to be damaged when it arrived. It fell apart with in the first day of having it up. It’s now just an eye sore in the corner of the room. Thankfully the kitten is just that a kitten so he’s small enough his weight won’t do any more damage.

I could have built a better cat tree with cardboard box and a bath towel. The cubes were crushed when they arrived and the parts didn't fit together right. Came with a picture instead of instructions. Disappointed that I can't rate this with negative stars.

Poorly made. It’s made out of cardboard one of the cat houses is broken and one of the floors it carpeted on the wrong side. So it has to be turned upside down to be put together. So we have to take the carpet off and put it on the right side. And no instructions to put it together we had to look at amazons picture to guess how to put it together. Will never order from this company again.

Parts missing and a few broken took a couple weeks to assemble mostly due to frustration with no directions and some due to finding a supplement replacement part but some how I managed to get it together. Even still it's a bit wonky and not so sturdy.

Got the second treehouse this time did not get any of this tools to assemble it together the part that was broke on the first one was broken on the second one but not too bad I would have kept it if I would have had the tools to put it together I have gone this long and I have two kittens that love their tree house

Don't buy it - arrived with many missing parts and the ones it came with were broken and poorly made. A complete waste, just a huge box that you'll have to drive to UPS.
