Really neat roller, better on my spine (other brands really aggravated my back,) this comes with those resistance loop bands and some other goodies. Pretty neat and a great buy. I’ll most likely buy again and give for Christmas presents 👍🏻

Title: Dr. Recommended!First I would like to say this is not a professional Medical recommendation, although I am a Physician.At first I was a bit hesitant to get this roller, I read the 1 negative review and was a bit worried, and although the description said it was designed by a Chiropractor, you just never know when it comes to the online world. Well after using this roller for the last few weeks I can say this is one of the BEST Foam Roller I have ever used. I would also assume that that one negative reviewer must have never used a Foam Roller before, is super sensitive or completely a 1 off occurrence.  I can’t Imagine this hurting anyone at all, I would let my pediatric patients roll on it ( also not a professional Recommendation).As a physician Im on my feet all day long: walking, standing and even sometimes running! What I really love about this roller is that its not just a roller. I used the little ball for my feet when I get a chance to take a 5 minute break, and wow its a life save. The Big ball I use for my upper back for a quick roll against the wall, I also like to use it for my calves the few times I make it into the gym. The roller is amazing for my neck, upper traps and under the bottom of the head. Really helps when I get a tension headache. I also love the roller on my lower back, and I must say it really does protect the spin, so it probably was designed with a Chiropractor. The bands I use to hold my papers down on my clip board, don’t think thats what they are meant for, but that how I use them HA! I don’t really use the carrying case or the gym towel, but its nice bonus to have.Over all Im very impressed. I wish I had this at the start of residency, it would have made those super long hours at the hospital just a little bit better. If you’re considering this or any other roller, get this one, its just too good to pass up!

I must admit I’m not a pro when it comes to the gym. I do yoga, I run and every once in a while Ill do a class. I got this roller to help me warm up before my classes, as I saw one of the other girls using a roller at the gymIt came with an E-Book and that really helped, because I had no idea what I was doing, now I feel like Im an expert. I use it before and after my classes and I’ve noticed such a massive difference. Not only am I less sore, I also think Ive become more flexible since Ive started using it, which helps with Yoga too 🙂. My dog also loves the little ball that comes inside. Who knew I was getting a Foam Roller and dog toy all in one. MUST GET for anyone who does classes IMO.
