Got this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it, I like it. The tablet is a little on the heavy side so keep that in mind. The protector case is rubber with the hard type bubbles whatever you call them on the bottom. It arrived on time and as described. I also bought a micro sd card to allow her to have more memory. Comes with different games for her to play. The issues I keep having as others have posted is that it keeps disconnecting from wifi which was frustrating when I kept trying to download games from the Amazon app store. Also the battery drains pretty quickly and I find myself having to charge it often. The camera is not great but since its a kids tablet that's not really an issue I am not sure if we just received a bad one or not but for the price and features it does have my daughter loves it. Will be calling the seller to try to get help or a replacement

We were very disappointed with this tablet. The camera's are horrible quality but we were able to see past that because they were just for the kids and really the kids don't care. Our problem, the first two we ordered one had a pretty warped screen, the other a minor curve, and they sent us the wrong color, so we returned that with no issues but could no longer get the pink cover like we wanted. Whatever got over that it's just a color. Got the replacement no problem, started downloading apps the kids would like (which is a slow process on this operating system.) Well over half the apps we download on there will not work. The kids play for about 30 seconds and the app shuts down. It has nothing to do with the apps they work just fine on other devices. The preset games are great on here but they aren't enough. Also, the WIFI disconnects randomly and then takes 15 minutes to reconnect. Its extremely frustrating. We have returned both tablets and moved on to different products.

Nice kids tablet - replacing our smaller kid safe resistive screen tablet. This does have a good kids safe mode IF you follow setup directions during 1st boot up. I saw another review stating not a very good kids safe mode. I espcially like you can not only of course individualy select the apps but if each one can or cannot use wifi. If you miss the kids setup you can follow help menu to do it manually but easier to do at 1st during the easy to follow prompts. Of course this is much more responsive and easier to use with fast quad processor capacitive screen and 1G of ram than the previous 7" we had. The smaller tab worked well for our little ones younger age but now need a fluid working tablet.Seller not as good. AAA Mart - Sent wrong color which was upsetting but not worth the hassle of returning espcially since they do not show any in stock anymore. Nowhere to send message to the seller (as most seller have) to discuss if exchange available and the timing being a gift. Only able to leave appropiate feedback with the above sellers experience. :-/

This is the perfect alternative to my 18 month old stealing my iPad! It has anything she needs and seems to be pretty indestructible. Being an apple user, it was a shift for me to set it up and know how to use it at first but it's pretty easy to grasp. We mainly use it to watch Elmo videos on YouTube but it has lots of expanded capabilities with apps we will use down the road. Ready to use right out of the box. The tablet case is more red than pink which is fine. If your expectations are realistic you will not be disappointed. For the price you cannot beat this deal!

Bought 2 of these and the extended warranty about 4 year ago and never got around to writing a review. One lost the sound within a lobby, the other just completely stopped working. After contacting the company I had to “trouble shoot” for months and when I did that, it cleared off the kids setting on the Tablets. We were in the process of moving so my the time I got around to it the warranty was up. My kids now have the Amazon Fire and they love them.

Bought for my Grandson as a Christmas Gift. He loved it, slept with it and took it with him always. 6 months later the screen is not working correctly so I contacted the company. Their response is: lcd screen was damaged. we'll charge USD $30 to fix the screen,plus $9 shipping back fee. I am very disappointed that the screen needs replacing in 6 months. I will have it fixed and hopefully we won't have this problem again. The only other issue that we had was that the games quit playing and went back to the home page whenthey wanted to - makes it very hard to play when it does that constantly.

I purchased this device for a 4 year old. Other tablets seem too sophisticated and pricey for children and in actuality I would be worried if I were to share my tablet with a child. I am pleasantly surprised with the look and feel. I am not able to rate this as a 5 yet because some of the apps appear to not work properly and navigating thru can be cumbersome. I am trying to watch some videos but the buffering is really slow and cannot show a video continuously. In addition some sites cause the kid browser to stop working, even after added to the whitelist and made safe. I have contacted customer support for assistance so I will update once the bugs are worked out with my device.

I should have went with the cons on this product from other purchasers. Definitely did not live up to the standards I was expecting. Screen freeze ups, spot under glass not removable. Think this is the same unit someone else had purchased and sent back for these reasons. Spent the extra money and got my grandson a Fire Kids Tablet, should have went with this in the first place.
