Would this amp be too much for 2 8 in Memphis mojos?

No it wouldn't be. being that the MOJO 8" are 900wats RMS and with two that's 1800Rms and as long as your keep it at or above 2ohms giving you a total of 60 volts at 75% of the volumee with everything at zero & center setting on the head unit with you tune the Subs to the amp you will be almost perfect if not perfect depending on the gauge of the power and ground wire your using.

Will this catch low range bass...i have a 2000 watt skar on 2 american bass 15s and it does not catch lows well.

If a 15" woofer isnt catching the lows, its your box, not your amp.

Can the sfb 3000 run two ampere audio 8's 800 watts rms
