Great for belly fat reduction
It works better than the AB equipments I have tried. I have lost half of my belly fat. Am working on reducing more belly fat. But this works only in conjunction with high protein, medium fat, low carb diet. I do 20 minutes one hour before bedtime on empty stomach (in addition to strength and core exercises). It burns off the carbs first, then the fat. Great equipment! Easy to assemble.

Does The Job For A Fraction Of The Cost
Works great. If you're a beginner like me, you'll feel the burn within the first three minutes. Just make sure you tighten all the screws right and maybe lubricate the moving parts every so often. It's not a thousand-dollar elliptical, but if you're on a budget, this is the fitness machine you want.

easy to assemble
Very easy to assemble took me 30 minutes to put together. I worked out in it for 20 minutes and felt it in my arms and legs. I am pleased with the product especially the price.

Very well built vertical climber!
This Climber is extremely well-built, with very solid construction. It came packaged extremely well, with all of the critical parts double-wrapped with heavy cardboard and heavy plastic sheeting. It took me about 25 minutes to put it together. The instructions were well written and easy to understand. The hardware was shrink-wrapped and individually labeled. The climber is extremely quiet. The only sound you hear is a soft as the pedals go up and down. Very pleased!

GREAT PURCHASE
Easy to assemble. Customer support was great. I was missing a screw and they mailed it to me. Received it sooner than expected. Have used it twice and I definitely feel it. A month or two using 3 times a week and I know I will see a difference.
