Product came in nice packaging and the instruction manual was well-written. No brainer to start using the product and the first capsule gave a great deal of satisfaction. It's equivalent of Nespresso and for much cheaper price. Material is sturdy and compact and can be accommodated in your desktop. Highly recommend if you are a lover for Espresso!

We got hooked onto capsule coffees as our daily driver during multiple visits to different countries in Europe, and kept wondering if we would ever get the same experience back in India. The coffee machine came well packed, opened and installed it without any difficulty. the machine is very basic and super easy to operate. Machine is compact and very well built. Quality of the machine looks very good. Got a call from their call center offering virtual demo and installation instruction. The complimentary coffee pods which came with the machine was just about ok was not satisfied with the crema, i have used starbucks pods also which are much better in taste and freshness, the crema from the starbucks pods came out much better and satisfying. I am happy with the machine overall. definitely recommend the machine to all coffee lovers.

Updated ratings -Moving to 1 star and planning to return machine. What a frigging disappointment. Am not sure how Nespresso fares Update - lot of pods wasted and can’t get a cup of coffee. Tried making coffee and drops come out from the first pod. Changed another, still same with 2 more pods. Hell bent on trying to make it work, wasted a third pod, with same results. 150 bucks for no coffee at home ——————————————— First day review - 3 stars Nice compact looking machine, great packaging and so much more convenient than a regular machine. Not so great- Very mild shots. Coffee smells great, but not great in strength, body, richness as compared a conventional espresso machine shot. The lungo further waters down an already mild shot. Also using two pods for a double shot. Yes, I am used to much stronger coffee, and maybe I will use this as backup for milder kicks and go back to buying a different machine
