WASSA High Pressure Handheld Shower Head, 9 Spray Setting Hand Held Showerhead with 60 Inch Hose

Folks let me tell you about this company. Roughly 8 months ago I bought their 3 inch low pressure shower head. In the box there was a card on how to get a free shower head. I contacted them and they responded that they had ran out. They apologized for the inconvenience. I told them no biggie. The shower head was amazing. The best low water head I ever used.Fast forward to the beginning of this month. Eight months after I initially contacted them......THEY EMAILED ME...and said that they had a $25 dollar shower head available for free. I was shocked. I went their process and within the day I had the new one on the way.I got the new one today. It's just as good as the first one.Folks this company's customer service has probably been the best I ever experienced in my 43 years of life. They went out of their way to contact me and honored a free shower head. Almost a year later?????!!!!!!Unheard of!!!! I'd like to thank Angela from WASSA. You are amazing.Great company, great customer service, and best of all GREAT PRODUCT! Thank you so much!

I read a lot of the reviews for this item with a shadow of doubt in my heart because, honestly, if you've dealt with terrible water pressure in the shower before (or constantly no matter where you go here for some reason), the idea that a showerhead labeled as high pressure could actually produce high pressure and function proper is a joke.I'm not laughing because this showerhead is absolutely not a joke. It is serious business and actually works beyond what I thought it would. I would have just been happy if the main and plain water mode of the showerhead worked okay and I wouldn't really care too much about the other modes. I have to admit now that, after using this showerhead, I don't think I've ever had proper pressure and the other modes were always a pathetic display of tears seeping through the shower.With this showerhead the other modes are actually functional. The mist option is extremely relaxing and pleasant. The only other mode I've tried as of now is the massage mode, and that mode combined with the pressure from this unit makes it a bit questionable when it comes to comfort--it actually hurts if you are not careful (stay away from squishy bits).So, if you are underwhelmed by a mediocre morning shower, then this product will probably please you with its pressure.

Fantastic! Incredible! Affordable! All superlatives apply to this item... for once, the reviews actually match up to the product, and in the past I admit I've been stung by folks who thumb-down things for silly reasons, either they failed to read directions, or purchased an item that wasn't designed for their purpose in the first place. Or maybe they were just clueless about how to install things, whichever the case, this time there simply ARE no bad reviews to fret over, so I just dove in, and wow, I'm so glad I did! The water pressure in my development is so awful, I was afraid only a miracle would save us, every showerhead we tried gave us little more than a sad trickle. This one is AWESOME, and the fact that it comes with 9 different settings does not hurt either. Magnificent, it looks great, it is not so heavy that it makes itself sag on the shower swivel, yet another plus. Exquisite! Sincerest thanks to WASSA for saving my morning showers!!

I returned mine, and they graciously accepted the return, which I appreciate.Installation was a breeze. It installed in 30 seconds with no tools. Everything was hand-tightened and didn't leak at all.Quality: By all appearances the unit has a nice finish and I think it will last quite a few years.Water Pressure: Dear God in Heaven! This is why I returned mine. Maybe some people have low-pressure homes and need a boost to their water pressure. Me, I was looking for one that would use LESS water but send out higher pressure - so the hot water lasts longer. The one I had did a great job of that but I have no idea where I got it all those years ago.If you like to feel scoured clean - this is the product for you! Me, personally, I want some pressure but I also want to enjoy a shower. This thing could peel paint! Even the mist setting is painful with my water pressure. There is NO doubt this thing has plenty of power and if that's your complaint, then this is the product for you! Rest assured, there's no way you're not coming out clean after going under this shower head! Me... I'll continue my search for something a little less... abrasive.

I don't leave product reviews as often as I should, but had to take the time to give this shower head a 5 star rating. My husband had it installed in less that 10 minutes. Great water pressure. I ordered it in the morning and recd it same day. Wow!

First, this shower head was delivered quickly, which was great as my more expensive shower head broke in less than a years time.The instructions were simple and the assembly took less than 10 minutes, mostly that was cleaning off the old tape from the pipe. I really was shocked at how easy the install was. But more important is the water pressure. My shower is on the 2nd floor and I recently had my plumber in as a lot of water was coming out of the spigot for the tub when I had the shower on. I figured when he fixed that, my pressure would get better. It did not. This product said it would increase the pressure and I was pretty skeptical of that, but wow, was I surprised when I got in the shower. The pressure is fantastic. I never thought I would have this kind of pressure on the 2nd floor. I also love all the different settings. The handheld is also lightweight and easy to maneuver. I really can't say enough about this shower head. Thank you WASSA!!

This product is a KNOCK OFF / FAKE. I mistakenly ordered it thinking I was reordering a WASSA I was so pleased with before. Right when I received the package I knew something was up. No branding on the box, no instructions, the washers were a different quality than those in my previous order. I went ahead and installed it and it worked on main setting but when switched to any of the higher pressure massage settings the water sprayed out of the ball joint toward the shower wall. Totally a useless lemon. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.Photo 1 is actually a WASSA brand shower piece - photo 2 is the cheap fake.

I needed to replace the handheld that was already in the condo I bought. After much shopping and reading reviews, I ordered this one thinking if it didn't satisfy me, I'd return it. I love it. I barely need to turn on the taps and the pressure is great. I only use a few of the settings but for the outside, I'm truly amazed and am greatly enjoying my showers. I only needed the shower head as I have the bar and coil.

So far so good easy installation price was right Durability we'll see but no leaks sprays water like it should and the setting are a great feature
