How do you "mold" this for a persons hand/wrist?

It is bendable - we were able to bed the thumb part out of the way - my moms hand was so spastic it hurt her to separate it from rest of her hand - good product & lightweight unlike other hand/wrist braces....

Is it one size fits all? There are no size options?

There are three sizes and left and right hand options. The six options are listed separately on Amazon.

Is the frame strong enough that my hand doesn't deform its position when wearing?

It does not deform the hand it straightens it out and tries to get the hand back in use or place so that it doesn't atrophy.
