Keeps the watches running but you have to set the time as they don’t keep time
Kept watches running but for some unknown reason watches didn’t keep time .had to reset time when I wanted to use watch.

Good but too small for a large sports watch
Seems a great winder so far. The only issue I have is that the watches sit too close to the top so my large (44mm) sports watches touch the front of the glass at the top of their rotation. My “fix” has been to slightly block the winder open my 15mm which allows the watches to rotate without touching the glass.

Good value
The media could not be loaded. When the watches are costing 1000's then a good watch winder is required. This one represents good VFM and is very easy to set up. If necessary I'll get another one. Very quiet.

A very beautiful gift
It is very elegant and well made while also being practical in keeping watches wound correctly.

Excellent response to problem
The product is good and the motors very silent - but after 4 months they developed an intermittent squeak which was annoying. I raised this with Sepano who immediately offered a couple of alternative solutions, and so the problem was resolved in 3 days. I couldn't have hoped for a better response and will readily buy from this seller again.

Poor Quality
As per another review, screws on the hinges and mechanism appeared to be over tightened which caused the wood/plastic to crack and literally just fell apart on the second time opening it! One side was cracked, the other the hinge & mechanism screws just fell out. The lid is heavy and the hinges/screws etc are too lightweight for it.Bit of a shame as it looked good, but the build quality just wasn’t there.

Shocking build quality!
After one day the hinge has broken. Screws look as though they were overtightened and have cracked the wood so a screw falls out every time you close the lid. Also, the cushions are far too small for anyone with a large strap such as a metal bracelet with all of the links in. I had to cut two of the foam cushions to create enough tension so the watches don't flop about. Unfortunately for me, I won't be able to return it as the recycling bin was emptied this morning!Avoid at all costs!
