Very satisfied with purchase
This is the first percussion massage therapy product I've had and I am very satisfied with it so far. I am lucky that I don't have a need to use this on a frequent basis so I waited to review until I used it several times. I chose the Opove M3 because a couple of trusted independent product reviewers had it on their top picks list for this product category. Since I never used a product like this before I wanted a good quality-value tradeoff product. My overall experience is that the reviews were accurate and the massager is a good product at a good price point. I'm an active, 65 yr old senior in good shape, in other words not an hardcore athlete type. I use the massager for post workout or overexertion soreness prevention and for relief after soreness sets in. It appears to help a lot in reducing soreness post workout - I don't feel as bad the next day. As to relief after soreness has already set in - it offers temporary relief and feels good. My main uses are for gluts, quads, hamstrings, calf and in the hip area in the lower body. The M3 is pretty quiet and the battery lasts several uses before needing to be recharged. I like having 4 attachments for different applications, but generally use only the ball and the single pointed tip. Although it has 3 speed settings, for the most part the lowest one is sufficient for my needs. I like that it feels solid in my hands, that it has the feel of a substantial, quality tool. I wish there was an easier way to reach my back, I don't like the technique described in the instruction, but that may be due more to my lack of flexibility more than a product issue. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product and highly recommend it.

After six months of use I could not be happier
I've always had issues with flexibility and muscle tightness due to injuries and arthritis. I sit at a desk 8+ hours a day and have very tight calves, hamstrings and quads. I am extremely impressed with the OPOVE M3 Pro Massage Gun. I have had the massager for about six months now, I wanted to wait to give a review until I had a chance to really break it in and be able to give an honest review. It comes with the four tips for deep massage and trigger point, large muscle groups and neck/spine. I have used all four at different times and they all work great for various areas. If you are just a little tight the flat attachment is great to stimulate blood flow. I have tennis elbow and bullet trigger point tip is great for reducing my pain. I have had many massagers over the years and one of the key elements of a great massager is it needs a strong motor, and it needs to last long enough to get relief. First, I get over 3 hours of use between charges and as far as stopping the motor good luck. I have taken the flat adapter and pushed as hard as I could into my thigh and my wife could feel the vibration through the floor about six feet away in her chair and the motor did not slow down a bit. For the amount of power it has it is amazingly quiet. M3 Pro has three speeds that are perfect for different areas of pain. I usually use the lowest speed on my forearms and higher speeds on my calves. My wife was a little unimpressed when I first told her I was getting it due to the cost but based on the quality and how much I use it she has changed her opinion and is now very impressed. Using it for a few minutes a day on trouble areas makes a huge difference. I strongly recommend the massager; it is one of the best investments I have made in my health in a long time. Don’t waste your time or money on a cheap knockoff. I don’t work for Opove I have just reached a point where I have waster hundreds on desk chairs and decided to start buying quality

Perfect for TMJ
My dentist recommended this mini massager to help with my TMJ. It's really helped! I've also brought it on vacation with me because you never know when you'll get a back ache! The attachments are great including the facial one. Definitely worth the price!

Powerful Massage Gun for Muscle Recovery
This massage gun provides strong, deep percussion and works well for relaxing tight muscles after workouts or long days. The different intensity settings make it easy to adjust the pressure for various muscle groups, while the high stall force keeps it from stopping under firm pressure. The long battery life is convenient, and the handheld design is comfortable to use. A solid option for athletes, fitness routines, and at-home muscle recovery.

Update: Power switch is on bottom by the charge port!
Early review. I will edit later as I use it. Important info at paragraph end! I bought this to have a powerful massager at work on my desk. I currently use an Ekrin B37 which has a lifetime warranty and something like 55lbs of stall force. I'm a big guy and trying to use a massager on my thighs , sometime through pants, jams them up and stalls them. Not the B37 which is why I was drawn to this one for the price point. Stall force can be up to 70lbs. I know the battery won't last as long but frankly I charge my B37 every couple of months. That said it performed well on my tight quads tonight but I had trouble getting it started right out of the box. The instructions were of no help.. The power button with the power symbol IS NOT the power button but the speed toggle. The POWER button is on the bottom by the charge port and its an old fashioned TOGGLE switch!! I thought my gun was broken!! Be aware! Update: I was contacted by the company and have to say I was impressed with their polite and understanding email. They took my criticisms constructively and were willing to pass it on to their R and D department to correct the instructions. They also worked with me with my concerns over the stalling and I learned more about the machine since then. In the lower speeds it has a 30-40lb stall but not in speed 4 where its 70lbs. Its been working great and keeping my quads loose at work and I have so far only charged it once. Time will tell for durability but so far this was a bargain and can do everything my Ekrin can do, maybe better. The switch on the bottom is actually preferred as I don't have to press and hold and wait like with the other one. They refunded me a portion of the price for my trouble. This is a good company who was willing to listen and work with me. It also appears to be a pretty good product. I'm raising my review to 4 stars.

Absolute Gamechanger
Simply put this device is a godsend. Let me start off by giving you a small bit of insight on my situation and what lead me to trying this. I have been suffering from severe nerve damage in my lower back and down my right leg for a very long time. It has been absolutely debilitating. I came across this device by accident and knew immediately that I had to try it. I have done so many things trying to ease my pain and find any sliver of comfort and literally nothing helps. At the age of 35 I had a disc in my lumbar herniate and the cartilage embedded into my S1 nerve almost severing the nerve entirely which would have necessitated amputation of my right leg and required surgery. The discectomy was a success but the damage was done and is permanent. I barely get 4-5 hours of sleep a night if I'm lucky. Upon receiving my M3 Pro, I charged the battery and read over the manuals while waiting so I could learn how to use it most effectively on myself and or others if it came up. I waited for my wife to come home and I showed her how it worked and where to use it for massage therapy. I gave her a full session hitting every point in the guide and after charging the battery again she returned the favor. We both felt so amazingly good afterwards all we wanted to do was just lay on our backs not moving to savor it. I normally have a pretty hard time getting around and while I got no relief to my intense nerve pain, my body in general hasn't felt this good in years. I slept all night for the first time in 3 years. Ive had my M3 for about 5 days now and have used it 3 times. I feel like I found something that is going to change a very hard part of my life and make it slightly better and saying thank you for this product isn't enough for the relief its given me. To anyone that has thought about getting one or is researching these devices, I would strongly encourage just getting one. You will thank yourself for doing it. Some quick points of interest: -It's very sturdily constructed and has a high quality feel to it -It's relatively quiet -Battery has a pretty decent charge rate, should last a whole massage session. -Has multiple tips for attacking various muscle groups and they work amazingly -It's also pretty comfortable to hold not too heavy. This is sort of a bad point to it but not a deal breaker by any means. The pistoning motion the head of the device makes can pinch your fingers if they get behind the attached tips and it does hurt. You should just be aware it can happen. I plan to come back and revise my review by adding a video or series of videos of myself using the M3 Pro giving a full demonstration.

Excellent massage gun at a great price.
My wife and I have been looking for a decent massage gun for a while and finally decided to get one. We considered a good number of massage guns: Theragun, TimTam, Hypervolt, ExoGun, and others (in the price range of $120 to $600). Each one had their pros and cons. However when we stepped back to consider our needs we decided on the OPOVE M3 Pro Massage gun. Why? Our needs: - We are both fairly slim, so we weren't too worried about finding a gun with a ton of power. - We wanted something durable that wouldn't need to be replaced any time soon. - We hike a fair amount and also spend a lot of time at the computer for our work. We wanted to find something that could beat out our knots in our muscles effectively. Pros: - The OPOVE M3 Pro Massage gun has plenty of power and had no problem beating out the knots in our shoulders. - It comes with 4 attachments for different types of massage. We use the ball the most so far. - My ankle recently was hurting and it felt like I had some tendons that were locked up. I used the gun on the medium vibration setting and it worked out the locked up tendons with no issues. My ankle felt like new after that and I had no problems when I went for a long walk later that day. - Has 3 percussion speeds. - Comes in a nice carrying case that has a carbon fiber look to it. - Feels solid and the product seems to have a quality build to it. - Was charged and ready to go when we received it. - Came with a "Trigger Points Therapy" booklet which was useful for determining the best spots on your body to use the gun on. - Price! Compared to a lot of other massage guns, the OPOVE M3 Pro Massage gun was competitively priced and in most cases a lot cheaper than other massage guns. Cons: - The attachments are held in place by friction rather than a locking mechanism. Not really a big deal so far as they fit snuggly in place and haven't fell out at all during use. Additionally a lot of other massage guns are the same, so truly not a problem, just an observation.

Game Changer
I just recently started working out again after taking most of my 40s off from anything but going for walks. And because of my age (47) and general fitness level (worthless) I wanted to make sure I spent more time I used to when it comes to doing things pre- and post-workout to help with recovery and general well-being. My initial research led me to foam rollers, but at my weight and fitness level I just didn't have the core strength or flexibility to really get the most out of the foam roller. Further research led me to the Hypervolt and Theragun percussion massagers. However, the price of each of those was just too steep for my liking considering I didn't know if this would even work that well for me. I then started looking for cheaper alternatives, which led me to the oPove M3 Pro because of all the glowing reviews on Amazon. The first thing that comes to mind after using it for a few days is...WOW. This thing is a game changer. I can't speak to how it compares to either the Hypervolt or Theragun -- though I've read those can go deeper and harder -- but it's been a game changer for me. I hit all my muscles on the low settings before I do my pre-workout dynamic stretching and it really helps loosen up my muscles and immediately showed improvements in my flexibility and general movement. I then use it post-workout -- either immediately or later in the day, depending on how much time I have -- to give myself a deep tissue massage and this does wonders in loosening me up again and just making me feel better. I've been using it twice a day for 3 days and the battery still appears fairly full, so I'm guessing I can probably get a week or so with it between chargers. It makes some noise, but I definitely wouldn't consider it loud or obnoxious and I can use it while watching TV without having to turn the volume up. The loudest part of using it is honestly the occasional groans (maybe moan?) when I hit a particular tight spot and have to work out a kink in the muscle. The feeling is exhilarating. As I stated, I've only used it for 3 days so I have no idea if it's something that'll break down quickly, but at least it has a year warranty. Hopefully, this will take the twice a day sessions for much longer than that. So far, so good. I highly recommend this product for anyone doing strenuous workouts -- particularly if you don't want to spent the extra $$$ for the Hypervolt or Theragun. I'm sure even if money isn't an issue, you could find something else nice to have for the $150-$200 you're saving.

Throw the tens machine away and buy one of these instead.
I have been going to see a quality sports massage therapist who said i should try one of these in between sessions as a way of "topping up" and was very sceptical about a massage gun in general after buying a tens machine which was useless and massage foam rollers / balls which are ok but have limited effect. A couple of years ago, i put a disc out on my lumber spine and after some extensive chiro, managed to get on top of the pain and made the vow of starting to look after myself so started stretching and seeing the therapist above which is great apart from the fact that i cannot afford to go see a therapist every week so after experiencing the feeling of one of these massage guns at a session, decided to part with the money. After doing some research, picked the M3 Pro, I've heard about the more expensive versions (theragun etc) and this seemed like a good purchase as it wasn't one of the cheaper ones but not in the 300 pound mark either. In terms of what you receive with the M3 Pro: The kit its self is well packaged and comes with a good number of attachments for various parts of the body including one for the achilles, a rounded more pointed attachment for direct massage, a flat rounded and a rounded piece all of which are again, well made. The machine is very well made too and this is one of the slight disadvantages as it is quite heavy but i'm guessing that's all to do with part of it being the battery. there are 3 speed settings and a nice Led display for power indication and charging. In terms of effect, the M3 pro delivers well and i can compare this to my therapists gun which isn't quite as powerful. I have used the more targeted piece and the achilles attachment on my feet and have to admit, it has kept the plantar problem at bay with no issues so extremely happy just for that result. The back which is an ongoing issue and I accept that it will always be there now unless I have surgery which i don't really fancy is much improved. The rounded attachment here seems to help the best and you can get very deep into the hip (where i have issues) and into the piriformis (just below the glutes) and does genuinely feel wonderful after a session with this. The tip here is to get a partner to help to be more effective as its awkward getting to the back but can be done nonetheless. In terms of battery life, it seems to be as the instructions say and last for a few hours but is very quick to charge ready for another session. overall the experience using the M3 Pro has been great, a little heavy but i will settle for that because it seems a good quality piece of kit. If you have any sort of past injury that requires frequent maintenance from sports massage, i couldn't recommend this any higher. I have been using this for about a few weeks now and wanted to wait to find out the upsides and downsides to using the machine. I have also used the machine for plantar fasciitis which has been an issue since starting the exercise regime so can give you a perspective from a back and foot problem.

Fantastic, less expensive alternative to Theragun
At half the price of a Theragun, this Opove does as good a job with a higher stall force.
