my partner snores through her nose...using these does stop the actual snooring element.buy it also creats a vortex in both nostrils which sounds like everytime a breath is taken its her last... I think she enjoys having such a clear nose lolbut still noisey breathing slightly better than actually proper snoring.

You’d be better off sticking a pen lid up your nose. It does the same job.The only thing it relieved was my pockets, from money.What a waste of money. Completely devoid of any positives.Honestly horrid little bits of plastic. They’re solid, so pushing them inside your nose is both painful and irritating. Unfortunately they don’t stay in your nose, nor do they fit properly, because they’re not at all flexible.

Firstly these are not as pictured! I have a set of the ones in picture and that's what I wanted. Also these stink when using because you can smell the silicone rubber, however they are pretty comfortable

All these nose dilators seem to have different effects depending on the persons nostrils or the shape of the dilator. This one seems OK for me... None of them are amazingly comfortable, but it helps me breathe so it can't be that bad 🤷‍♀️

Goed materiaal en vorm, ik heb ervaring met een iets grotere uitvoering.Die was niet beschikbaar, deze is maar een fractie kleiner (midium) en maakt hierdoor ademen hoorbaar. Dat is niet prettig.

Finally the perfect nasal stent for me. I have vault collapse and have struggled for years to breathe freely. I've tried more expensive soft versions with marginal success and even the silly "magnetic" ones but this.... this is how I'll breathe from now on.. Price is right, there's a good number of them in the package and I'm thrilled.
