ordered this for our sporty 14 year old daughter to help reduce knee pain in netball and ballet - very easy to fit and use (we have the small size and it is only just tight enough for her so may be too big for younger children) - she has found it very comfortable to wear and has helped with her pain levels.

They are okay.Very tight on me so I do find them a little uncomfortable. But I can feel the benefits and support.Would have been nice if they had come with a diagram or something on how to put them on. Sounds obvious until you get them.

Very happy with this purchase, gave me the support I was hoping for.
