Nothing to write home about, but does the job well enough
I had the unfortunate experience of waiting for WEEKS to get this bedskirt, having a frame and mattress ready to go for a week without the bedskirt that obviously needed to go between the two due to a mixup with another order. So I had a lot of hope hanging on this bedskirt, hoping it really was going to transform my metal frame into something a little softer and conceal the hidden storage underneath. Well, it does hide the storage, but this is really your most basic of bedskirts, flimsy and is hard to keep in place as soon as the mattress moves, the bedskirt moves. I don't know yet how to adjust it without taking the entire 700 lb (memory foam) mattress off of it (never going to happen) so every day I just tug a little here and there and then give up. It basically does the job it came to do, but it's not exactly winning any medals for style. The length does seem to cover the legs of the frame, but just barely (and if the mattress adjusts it off-center by even a little bit, things can change). It has the splits at the corners that barely overlap (unlike in the picture that looks like they overlap or a tailored pleat), sometimes the splits separate and you can see the ugly metal frame legs peaking out from underneath:( Looks a whole lot better than the metal frame/plastic storage underneath though so I really can't complain. I would like to know if there are any real tailored bedskirts out there, made of heavy-duty upholstry material that actually would transform the metal frame to look more of like an upholstered platform bed??

It's a cheap bed skirt, that's what I wanted and that's what I got.
It is thin, but not catastrophically like some of the drama queen reviewers are stating. It will not fall apart if you breath on it, you can't see through it like a window, and I had absolutely no problems with the fit. Shipping was fast. What it is is a cheap bed skirt. It hangs around the bottom of your bed, conceals the ugly bed frame, and serves it's purpose just fine and doesn't cost you an arm and a leg to do it. It came out of the package a little wrinkled and 5 minutes in the dryer on low heat solved that.If your bed is tall, it will be too short. I have a standard metal bed frame and a standard box spring. It was fine.If you don't want a cheap bed skirt, then go buy an expensive one. I wanted a cheap casual bed skirt and this is it.

Bed Skirt/Dust Ruffle
I am pleased with this bed skirt (for the price) and it does the job. It looks a lot better than no bed skirt at all. It is thin (as other reviews said) but what can you expect for the price? I did not expect 5-star quality, nor did I want to pay for it. This way, I won't feel guilty if I decide to change decor colors. Some reviews said it was wrinkled when it arrived, but that is to be expected with compacted package mailing. The skirt is easy to iron and only takes 20 minutes, if that. The bed skirt makes the bed look "complete."

nice & affordable
I am happy with this bedskirt. I was looking for a new one for my bed, and I didn't want to pay a lot. However, it is true that you get what you pay for. THis is not cotton the whole way. THe skirt part is, but the part that covers the box spring or bed frame is made of some thin polyester - it melted when I got the iron on the edge of it. Its a small hole, but still. If you just want to pay the bare minimum, then this is for you. It looks nice otherwise and I'm happy with that.

You get what you pay for
This isn't HORRIBLE quality, but for this price I would have expected a little better. Like others have said, it's not very thick, though once it's ironed it does hang neatly. It fits the box spring nicely and stays put ok.My complaints:- Upon unpacking the bed skirt, I found a streak on the end panel that was threadbare and funky looking. It's not too noticeable, but for a new item, I wouldn't expect to find such a glaring defect.- DO NOT iron the center part of the bed skirt. Be extremely careful in ironing the panels that you do not touch your hot iron to the material that rests on the bed frame. It will melt very easily. I wasn't ironing directly on it, but I accidentally skimmed over a small portion while ironing the panels and it sizzled and melted. I would have liked something a little more durable.

Great inexpensive dust ruffle
For the price I was concerned this would not be a great quality, especially after I read the reviews, but, I bought it for my guest room anyway because I needed something here in two days and didn't have time to go shop for one. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised. It was a heavier fabric than I expected and looked great once I put it on the guestroom bed. It's obviously not some high thread count luxurious dust ruffle, but it looks great and serves the purpose. I'm happy with it.

inexpensive and simple
I recently moved into a new house and needed some bed skirts for a guest bedroom. These were perfect-as I was not willing to spend copious amounts of money on the need to cover some ugly box springs. These are very simple and understated. The only thing that bugs me is that the corners have slits in them-while they have over lap to cover the slit sometimes the box springs will peek through. Still it was a quick and inexpensive fix for a bed skirt-they were only $11 for a twin when I bought them.

Fit box springs like a glove, Perfect length
The bedskirt fits the box springs perfectly, with none of the middle fabric showing. It hangs to about an inch above the ground. Yes, fabric is thin. Stitching is solid. Looks great. I ordered the queen size in white. A bargain for the price, I would buy again.I have a boring, standard queen size bed with no bells or whistles. The frame is the standard queen size frame, no lifts and it is not "low profile." I wanted a bedskirt to hide the boxsprings and frame for a more clean look.
