The black parts of the bag apart from the base appear to be fake leather, the description says high quality leather and polyester (the green parts).

Works as intended, is serving me well, no signs of coming apart at stitching, found it was a little overfilled so just let a little filling out, easy to remove or add to adjust to what works best for you. Priced right. Has a fairly smooth leather grain, if you want suede leather then you'll need to look at much higher priced bags. As a causual shooter this fits my needs.
