my children absolutely love these as a quick meal. if they are on in the run in the morning they have one and go! love that they finally found something to eat in the morning that they can enjoy!

Surprisingly good, especially in the summer when you want a hot muffin but not a hot house. My four year old even liked them! So easy with great protein.

Decided to get this vs the cheaper not good for you ones. I already know that mug cakes can be baked in your toaster oven. I prefer my baked goods baked vs micro. Used a 1/4c water 350 for 23 min does the trick for me. Of course micros & ovens vary adjust according. These turned out very good. I had put extra raisins in. You can tell theres extra fiber the better for you stuff but it was still tasty. I like its not over sweet. I think ill get some cream cheese frosting for those naughtier days. Im not much of a morning person so these will help.

Why did this product price go up? No notice, nothing. Doubt that I'll buy again.

My dietician approved these cups as a high-protein breakfast option. I've been eating them most days and not tired of them. My favorite is the cinnamon roll flavor, which is very rich and fragrant so that the rest of my family is always wanting to steal it! I mix them with milk for 2 more grams of protein. The texture is soft, they're ready in a little over a minute, and easy to transport in a gym bag or to work. Highly recommend if you're trying to get more protein in your diet without a cardboard texture.

My kids love these muffin cups. They would eat one every day if I let them, but they're a little pricey.

Bought for pregnant daughter. She said did not taste good, gave most away.
