I never got my pop rivets that come with the gun

Was quite excited to try a really neat design in a rivet tool. This one however really let us down.First off - we noticed this item may have been 'previously used' based on all the tape around the plastic holding things together. The second thing we found were all the rivets in a little baggie -- certainly not a professional presentation.Functional? Well, its a rivet gun and if you mess with it enough, you can get a rivet sunk into your work. This does not go without a lot of frustration! Nearly every nail (2 different sizes, aluminum), jammed after use and had to take the thing apart every single use. A few times, it jammed just trying to start the rivets in. The unit itself felt to operate very clunky, not smooth, and took a bit more effort than we thought it should.Not recommended -

Did take 4 pulls compared to Malco's.. but it's cheaper,,, what do you expect.. #cheap

I hate to say this about the rivet gun but there is no way that you can use it with 1 hand,you can not pop 3/16” stainless steel rivet with 2 hands, just will not work as it should, all you can pop with 1 hand is the smallest rivet that they make 2/32”.Thanks , Rog.
