Works great!!
I purchased this product while I had 'temporary' dentures while I healed. Temporary dentures are notorious for fitting poorly and needing frequent relines, so I was stuck with poor fitting dentures for weeks at a time between appointments. This product saved the day!! It's cheap enough that I could do my own as often as I needed. It's kind of a trial and error until you get the hang of it, but it's definitely super easy to use! Works great!!

LOVE this for immediate dentures!
I've been wearing immediate dentures for about 10 weeks, and my gums are in full shape-shifting mode. My denture package includes soft relines, but the assistants just can't seem to get it right and I end up with a super thick crooked reline, just all bad. I don't know why they're so bad at it. Anyway I've been doing it myself with temporary soft liners, and I really like the Reline-It. I like being able to do a new reline every few weeks while my gums are shrinking, my dentures always fit and I'm not needing adhesive to eat anymore. If you take care of it properly, you can get at least a month out of each reline, I haven't tried to go longer just because my gums are changing so I reline more often. When you're mixing it, work quickly and pour it while it's still fairly thin so it gets into all the spaces, and spread it over your dentures as it thickens. Once it starts to get kinda tacky, put it in your mouth, make sure it's positioned right and that you can close your lips comfortably. A bunch will squish out the sides and back, it might feel a bit gaggy but just breathe through your nose and leave it in for at least 3 minutes. For the first few days, it's still curing all the way, so be really easy on it. Don't soak it in cleaner the first few days or it'll get brittle. Just soak in water, and brush gently. After the first few days it'll be fully cured and you can use 3 minute cleaner tablets. Still soak it in water overnight, don't let it dry out. Like I said as long as you take proper care of it, it can last awhile. Yes, this reline has that taste- if you know you know. Don't worry, it does go away. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is wearing immediate dentures, especially if your dental office can't get your relines right- sometimes these things are better done yourself. Also since it's a temporary liner and peels out fairly easily, it won't affect your warranty so that's also a plus.

Product good; technician needs practice!
About 10 weeks after extractions. Product arrived yesterday and got it done today. Had dentist do a first reline just over three weeks ago, but gums are rapidly changing shape, so relines are needed more often. I found the preparation (removal of the first reline) to be the most tedious and time consuming. The office botched the first reline and took them three tries to get the consistency correct. Made the removal and preparation even more difficult for me. I used plastic picnic knives as a scraping tools (see update at end) to get as much of the first reline removed as I could. Then I used isopropyl alcohol to clean any residue from the base materia, and wiped with cotton muslin old sheet rags. Paper towels will leave fibers stuck in the residue. Followed the directions carefully but gave it much less time to set. Pretty much mixed well and poured. I didn't object too much to the taste (many do) but it is exothermic and produces some warmth. I am so far happy with the result and now powder adhesive will work again. Not quite ready for corn on the cob or apples, etc, but more food choices are in my future, and soon I hope. Never ate so much ice cream in my life! The pink plastic cream/paste is horrible to clean off my dentures, gums and mouth and I don't care for it at all. I prefer the powders as clean up ahead of soaking is much, much easier. Looking forward to better fitting immediate/temporary/healing dentures again until they get loose as they as sure to do, as my gums continue to heal and change shape. The dentist is over 2 hours drive and I love being able to do this at home as it was a full day to drive to and from and get the work done there. I think I did a better job of it than the professionals. I also think this reline will be easer to remove when the time arrives, probably agian in weeks or a month, two at the most because my gums are still healing and changing shape faster at this stage of my denture journey. Would have given 5 stars, but I am new to this and will evaluate as time passes, and update if necessary. So far it has been a better alternative for me. Getting the base properly prepared is the key to a good applicaiton. Cleaning with alcohol was the key to good adhesion. This process is not for everyone, but if you are careful and read the instructions well and work fast, it can be a good experience. I have already ordered more as I will do this whenever needed. I intend to get better at this as I practice again and again and again..... Update: Just watched you tube video and they used a cuticle pusher tool for old reline removal, which looks like a much better removal tool. So I ordered a lifetime supply of orange wood cuticle pushers with one end beveled flat for prying the old reline away from the denture. I got 7 inch long cuticle stcks to fit my large hands; others were kinda short/small. Will be much less clumsy than the plastic picnic knife. Soaked in hot water 10 minutes, then they began the removal. Looked easier than what I went through....

Reminds me of burnt plastic
Terrible! Mixed it according to directions and it turned into a thick unmoving goo. It did not pour into the denture, had to use my fingers to get it in, and when it was set it had not firmed into denture I had blank spots. I thought it was user error so I opened the 2nd box I bought and did it again with the same result. I could not wear my denture with it in and it also caused pain. I have lined my denture before and thought this was the brand I used to get at Walmart that worked just like the dentist uses, it was not even close. It’s a huge waste of time and money, this is not how a liner formula should be.

Long wait for a good product.
The actual product is great. I've used it before. There was really no use for me to buy it at Amazon from a third party. Took a week in transit for a product I could have gotten at CVS across the street even cheaper. I should have looked closer.

Man oh man. There's some really nasty comments on here about this product. I honestly don't know why. I mean I seriously don't. To each his own I guess. I have a top partial that the middle has been cut out. It was supposed to be a temporary set. That was 12 years ago. The dental place closed up and took everyone's $ and didn't give us our final dentures. It was a HUGE chain. Anyway. My insurance refused to pay for another set. Said I had to wait 10 years. So for all this time I have been using dental adhesives and every kind of recliner on the market. I am soooo sick of having to change from brand to brand of adhesive and then putting denture powder on top of it to get a good fit. It's been a long time since I have lined my partial and it has become uncomfortable and hard as a rock and rough on my gums. I thought I would give this product a try. Ok. First off I'm not new to using this kind of product so it's actually easy to use in comparison to others. Just follow the directions. I will say that when you trim it up I use a paring knife. A SHARP paring knife. When you put it in your mouth is doesn't taste any worse than the others and it feels like it's sort of warm...almost tingling for about 5 minutes nor so when you first put them in. I don't bother with the baking soda and water soak to get rid of the taste. It goes away rather quickly. If you are expecting this product to be an adhesive...change your expectations. It is a cushion not an adhesive! And MAN does it feel good!!!! Soft as can be but gives me a stable fit. I use my adhesive as usual but now it is snug and comfortable. I can eat anything I want now without feeling like I have sand under my partial or it rocks from one side to another. I can go get a new set of teeth but these are such a good fit that I don't want to tempt fate. I don't need a dentist to do what I can do myself. I HATE going to the dentist now. Get ripped off like that once and you are burned forever. I will see how long this lasts before I have to use the 2nd package but from the looks and feel of this I think it will be a good while. Oh....one tip to share. After you clean and dry your denture before you apply the reliner I used a Q-tip and wiped the surface of the denture to be relined with Isopropyl alcohol thoroughly to make sure there was NO oils to keep the product from adhering!!! Best tip I can share with all of you. Good luck and Happy Memorial Day! Get your grilling on and enjoy eating whatever you want!!! 100% recommend this product.

Dentist was impressed with the fit!
I had full top extractions on 11/23 and immediate denture. At first, they fit great but as I healed, my denture became loose and more and more adhesive was needed to keep it in place. My insurance won’t cover a hard reline until June so I bought this in April to give it a try. WOW, much better fit! No more saliva squish and very little adhesive needed now and they last all day and many times overnight. Most of us top denture wearers get those “gag days” which I think I was having more frequently due to my denture shifting and food getting underneath. This has significantly cut down those moments because they do fit better. I had a dental appointment a week ago where they were going to do a temp soft reline until my hard reline in June. Dentist was impressed that my initial April use of this product was still on my denture and working so well. Honestly, after the dentist soft reline, they do not fit as well as when I used this product. Since my hard reline is a week out, I’m just saving my other Dentemp reline in case I need it after the dentist gets done with it. I followed the directions to the letter and while the initial taste was not the best after I did it, it quickly faded and a small price to pay for a better fit.
