I love MaryRuth Organics products across the board but this is one that I have used over and over again. It tastes good and I notice the difference in how I feel when I take this consistently.

10000% worth the price and works as promised. I use this for myself and two of my toddlers a 2 year old and 4 year old. My two year old would always have a horrible time every time she got sick which would be often and last a long time no matter if it was a simple cold or something stronger. Specially during school season where everyone is sick and often My two year old rarely gets sick and when she does it last maybe 3 days to a week and is not severe. I was also on a liquid diet for several months and I usually come out with vitamin d deficiency or anemia without the diet and when I went for my checkups I was perfectly healthy with no deficiencies. I don’t notice any difference in terms of appetite which I mention because some vitamins do make me hungrier, I don’t notice a difference with my skin, hair or nails but do see a huge difference health wise in me and my children. I think the taste is a little too sweet but nothing I can’t tolerate. For my children I mix it with their juice and they have no issues drinking it. There’s no medicine test at all.

This liquid vitamin doesn’t taste good but it also doesn’t taste bad at all if that makes sense. It goes down smoothly, and it was a great value for my money.

Great addition to my daily selfcare routine

My doctor suggested I try a liquid multivitamin because my delicate flower of a GI system tends to get angry when I dump too many pills in it. And for whatever reason, no one has been able to develop a multivitamin in pill form that isn’t the size of potato. So I tried Mary Ruth’s because I needed a sugar free option and it seems to be the best quality at a price that seems reasonable. I tried raspberry first and hated it. So I ordered this flavor hoping it might be a little easier to choke down. It is - marginally. I force myself to drink it because I need vitamins and can’t get everything I need from food alone, but good lord it’s still nasty. It’s the color of carrot juice, the viscosity of syrup, and it tastes like someone mixed a shot of Robitussin with unsweetened Koolaid. I’ve found chasing it with a more palatable beverage helps, but it still requires a great deal of psyching myself beforehand. As for its effectiveness, I can’t say it’s any more or less effective than any other multivitamin out there. It’s definitely a better choice than pills or gummies if bioavailability is a concern, but I just wish they’d figure out a better flavor.
