No problems, well packed ,delivered quicker than said

Great item

We bought these Dyson filters as we currently weren't able to get it from the usual supplier.It fits our Dyson, though a bit of effort was needed to put it in, as I soon realised that the carbon filter was either used or badly packed - I found dust on it. I think that means that I got a used conditioned filter, whereas I ordered completely new.After a week or so of using the new one, the filters hold up well - so far - but if I were you, I'd keep an eye on things.I know it'll do for a length of time, and for now, that's all that mattered.

I was asked for advice regarding this product recently and suggested that I was happy with the itemI would now like to add another comment. I replaced my filters in January this year. Ever since, the fan seemed exceptionally noisy on full speed. I would now like to add, the airflow has been considerably reduced & I have now ordered dyson branded ones. I don’t know if there is a problem with my fan unit or if the filters are to blame, but don’t want anybody to make a purchase based upon my review.

very good look alikejust not fit for purpose

Be aware these are not original dyson parts, which i realised when struggling to get them to fit correctly. They do look almost identical, but there are some tell tell differences. Working for now, but i wish it was more clearly marked that they are not original as i would not have purchased them. Price wise they are maybe a little cheaper.

Ok so l bought these in June. My original filters had lasted almost a year. I followed the manufacturer guidance for changing the filters but six weeks after install l am getting a message saying the carbon filter needs replacing. Amazon customer service have been great so far and the technical team are calling back later today. I will update my review as this unfolds
