I read the reviews for this and they seems to be mostly positive. At first I was very happy with the sleek design and ease of attachment. This accessory if for a laptop which means it is mobile. As time and movement of putting it in and out of my computer case and carrying it back and forth to work (I'm a high school teacher) it no longer fits tightly into the usbc port and will not accept the charging cord and the USB port quit working. I wrote to the company and nothing. It's not like it was a ton of money but I did expect to at least last a year. Do not recommend

The product is great, multi ports within one hub, excellent design, it works fine with my Macbook Pro, I abslutely love this product, it is very light and good for traveling

I think if you are going to sit at your desk and not travel with your LAPTOP this would be fine. Since I moved my computer (not very far) from upstairs to downstairs after 6 months only the charging port works. The USB, SD Card, and HDMI ports all do not work. Perhaps it is the way it connects to the computer - it can't be a real extension of your computer - the attachments I assume bent (a little) and were probably damaged. I was very careful, no more wear and tear than one would expect and still - no use after 6 months.

Product stopped working after 3 months. Disappointed and would really like a replacement but the return window is closed.
