A Review of Good and the Bad (in English)
First, the instructions were written by a person for whom English is a second language. They are confusing, incomplete, and in some cases, completely incomprehensible. There are perpetual flashing blue lights that never extinguish. Purportedly there is a way to connect the unit to a computer to record conversations, but I was never able to figure it out.Second, with all of my complaints, the headset worked really well, with crystal clarity. If I had found a way to decode the microscopic instructions, this might have been a good investment. As it is, I will be returning the unit.
