Great product, easy to use! If you want to build flexibility i recommend using this. The rope belt helps a lot as an assistant for when u need a little of breathing room or for multitasking. It semi compact so i can bring it anywhere, easy to assemble and set up.

Very happy with this stretching bar. I purchased it because i had used one similar in martial arts training years ago, but years of working out without stretching i lost all of my flexibility. This bar gives a great stretch, one that you’d otherwise only be able to get from a partner stretch.

I’m not a spring chicken but I needed help with stretching and this is perfect.
