Ok. So I bought these after buying other memory foam pillows on Amazon, that were highly rated. They were horrible. They were like a thick block and I couldn’t find where the “memory” or “foam” was supposed to be, lol. So I returned those, and bought these, since I read they were crushed memory foam and you could customize it. HEAVEN. HEA. VEN. They were great the first night, then I customized them by removing about a ziploc bag full of foam, and it’s perfect. These are some of the best pillows I’ve ever had. They do smell a little funky upon arrival (I’ve had them about 4 days and there’s still a bit of a smell if you breathe into it) but I suggest throwing a lavender satchel or two inside each pillow, where the memory foam is, and you’ll be good. These pillows are AMAZING.

This pillow set is amazing. My husband and I haven’t slept this good in a long time. The first night my husband’s head hit the pillow, he was out within seconds. My head melted into it like a marshmallow, super soft, but it still propped my head up enough to watch TV without needed a second pillow (like I was using previously).The pillow has the perfect firmness and height to lay on my side or my back. We also didn’t need to remove any of the filling. It’s super easy to fluff up, too, by just pushing the pillow sides. This is the best pillow I ever bought!!!

Was surprised looking at this product. It was flat and while it felt flexible I wanted a plump pillow. However, as I worked on it The pillow became thick and perfect. As I used it that night, I found it cool and sleeping on both sides and on my back, it molded to fit me Very good and I will consider it again.

I’m giving this a three star review mainly because I ordered a king size pillow and they sent queen. I needed something longer to fit my king size bed and these are not the length I wanted.Now when it comes to quality of the pillow it’s not too bad. I’ll sleep great with it but my wife does not. When I opened it I removed a good bit of the phone because I don’t like Smart pillow firm I also prefer a pillow that is not very big around because I am a side and stomach sleeper. I’ve slept great since I got this pillow and I definitely would buy again if they would send me the correct size.My wife she was a little different with not being able to sleep on it. We tried removing, adding, removing again, removing more and she could just never get comfortable with it. Pillows are one of the things that are hard to figure out when reading reviews whether you like it or not. Everybody is different in regards to how they sleep so all I can say is I like it but my wife doesn’t to each his own I guess.

Bought them about 2 weeks ago. Love how they feel like memory foam but look like a regular pillow. I chose these pillows because of the reviews and I was experiencing a lot of neck problems from my old (okay, really old) pillows. I’m a stomach and side sleeper and I like how you can take out the foam in order to customize sleep. The only thing that was a little weird was the smell of them when I got them. It was a little funky and I was kinda worried breathing in the smell every night. Other than that I love them!

It's very soft yet firm and it's great for a cuddling pillow also, This pillow comes compressed in a tight ball. You have to open the package and the pillow starts to fluff up to its fullest/ firmest state. This pillow comes with instruction on how to make it smaller / softer for many different options when sleeping. It does stay cool when sleeping all night long. With this pillow your head just sink in and stays there. It does not go all the way through the pillow to the bed. It feels like It is hovering. It also comes with the washable pillow cases. So much easier then having to wash the entire pillow.

We bought 6 of these pillows (3 sets) when they were on sale due to the great reviews - 4 for our new king size bed (2 for shams, 2 for sleep) and 2 queen size for our guest room. I bought because the pillows are supposed to be adjustable. But they are not. I am content with the one set that I bought for my king shams because they are super full and firm (unexpectedly so, but it works). But the remaining pillows (one set of queen and one set of king) are far too thick to be usable for sleep. I have searched and searched and there is no “inner zipper “ so no way to adjust the filling. My husband refuses to use them - and he’s a tall/big guy, and they are way too thick for even use as a body pillow. Will likely return!! Just such a hassle bc they’re so big.

This is the only pillow that we have purchased that actually holds its shape over time. We have had these for four months and it is just like when we took them out of the box. Not only that, but the included instructions tell you how to regain the shape and fluffiness if they do start to compress. Also, detailed instructions for cleaning and setting up the pillow depending on your normal sleeping position are included.I am about to purchase another two sets of these to put in our other rooms with beds. Great product!

I have bought 3 sets they are fantastic. You can remove the filling to get your desired firmness it has a case and another soft one over it with zips. I can't recommend these enough me my husband and my 3 daughters have one because that's all you need two is two much you will only need one pillow. They bounce back to shape aswell. Highly recommend they really do tick all the boxes. I've had mine for at least 6 months and they are as fresh as they were when they arrived.

I’m really liking these pillows so far, I’ve been sleeping on them for a week to give them a good try out and I gotta say they’re the best pillows I’ve had, ever. They came tightly rolled but I followed the clear instructions and they floofed quite quickly. They are very densely filled, so they look great in a pillowcase. It is very nice that the filling comes with an extra pillow protector, under which is the actual case with a second zip which contains the shredded material, which you can add or subtract based on your needs. Buying pillow protectors separately is always a headache I find and these are super soft and lovely. The foam material is very finely shredded, so I don’t notice it, but if you have a sensitive face you may be bothered by it, but I am a very good sleeper and not bothered by much. They do need a fluff once slept on a time or two but that is normal for any pillow. I’ve gone from having 7-8 pillows on my bed to two, I don’t think that’s ever been normal for me since I am always hunting for the right ones for me. Very happy

I got these for my boyfriend and I because they’re customizable. I knew I’d want to spend money on a good pillow because I’m really picky.I’m both a back and side sleeper. The occasional stomach sleeper. I took about 1/4 of the foam out of both pillows, and I haven’t slept so good in AGES.I get a lot of neck pain from working at a desk and my old pillow aggravated it. This is the first time I’ve slept with no neck pain, and not waking up to worse neck pain.I hate memory foam pillows usually, but because it’s shredded, you can really mold it to what you want. Need more neck support? Beat it up a lil to move the foam and create more neck support.Fantastic purchase. Very happy.

Great pillow if you like firm and supportive. I have had the pillow for about 1 month now and it has maintained its shape and firmness.I am rating it 4 starts because the pillow and cover does have an odour. At first I only washed the pillow cover but the odour comes from within the particles of the pillow itself. Once I washed the pillow it was fine.

Great pillow but the smell was awful. It said not to wash the inside but I had no other choices to make it go away. NEVER had such an awful smell in a pillow before.Even if that was unpleasant i must say the pillow is EXTREMLY comfortable. It is worth the price but you will have to wash it when you get it. Material is soft and breathable. I don’t get as hot as I used to at night with it. Overall satisfied and would recommend ( but did I say you had to wash it? WASH IT! Dude trust me...it smells so bad. )
