I only make reviews for quality products that have changed my life. I got my conch and second lobe pierced back in October 2021. Since these were my first piercings, outside of the first lobe piercings I got as a baby, I made sure to stay on top of cleaning them and doing everything that was recommended. For some reason, I still got piercing bumps on all 3 new piercings. I’m not someone who is sensitive to things, but for the first time ever I thought I could be allergic to the surgical steel jewlery. I switched to titanium, did lots of sea salt soaks/pastes and my bumps still didn’t go away. I tried H2Ocean, Urban ReLeaf Piercing solution, the Neil Med fine mist spray, and finally made my own sea salt solution, but none of these worked. I went through multiple bottles of each, thinking I wasn’t using them right. My piercer even said it was my fault the bumps were there since I probably wasn’t cleaning them enough, but I knew I was doing a thorough job. I scheduled a doctors appointment to see if there was anything they could do since the bumps were uncomfortable and painful. One day, I happened across this product and just decided to buy it because it was cheap and I ran out of all other cleansers. When I tell you, this stuff worked magic overnight, I literally wanted to cry tears of joy. Within a week all bumps were nearly gone. Since I had a pretty extreme case, I knew it would take time to go away completely. But by 2 weeks of consistently cleaning my piercings twice a day, I was healed. I am so so sooo incredibly grateful to have found this by chance and I didn’t even read the reviews. I honestly have no idea what these ingredients even are but for some reason it did the trick when the sea salt didn’t. 10/10 product, I apply it using a soaked q-tip and there’s no mess at all. I’m on my third purchase of the 2-pack and can’t wait to get more piercings because I know I can rely on this product, thank you!!!!!!!!

Worked good to clean my piercings. You have to use a q-tip to actually get any product wear it needs to be though, you can’t just pour straight from the bottle. It didn’t cause any pain or irritation when I used it. The size of the bottles was pretty good, I was honestly expecting them to be smaller.

I recently pierced my septum, and I wanted something cheap that would help me take care of it. I found this solution and bought it based on one review mentioning that it worked for their nose piercing (I also used this a while back to clean out my first ear piercings, so I was familiar with it). As soon as I pierced my nose, I used this as aftercare to clean my piercing throughout the day. What could go wrong? Well, after a long day of work, I came home, cleaned my septum, and tried to go to bed, but my breathing was a little weird. (I forgot to mention that I have asthma) I thought I might be reacting to the solution or worse-my new piercing-so I checked the bottles and this solution has Benzalkonium Chloride, a preservative, and disinfectant known to cause asthma attacks. It's also not supposed to be ingested (it's dilated, so I just ignored this-DON'T!!), so using it for a piercing near your eyes, mouth, or nose can be dangerous! Because I used it in my nose, not only was I inhaling the solution but the solution went through the sinus system (think using nasal spray and it going down your throat) and I ingested it. This is why you should do your research before buying something that's cheap! My fault for doing so If you really need to clean your nose on a budget, please use sea salt and distilled water, or even buy sterile saline cleanser that is preservative-free and uses sodium chloride instead. I now use CVS Health's Sterile Saline Wound Wash that's a .9% sodium chloride solution and it's been working great. !!!NOW ONTO THE ACTUAL REVIEW!!! Despite the issue stated above (which is totally my fault!), I do think this product is amazing for what it's meant for. I have really sensitive skin, and when I first got my ears pierced, I was really worried about irritation or even infection. Using a little bit of this solution and a cotton swab worked like magic and I'm very happy to say my piercings didn't get infected and I still wear earrings to this day. One itty bitty comment on the bottle the solution is in is that the solution leaks around the cap when squeezed, so there is a problem with the way the cap is threaded. The other thing is that the bottles didn't come looking like the photo. Other than that, this solution is great when used correctly.

Applied this with a cotton swab every day for a month on the front and back of my kid’s ears to help prevent infection. Now we pull out the earrings every few weeks to give the area a good cleaning, but I thought this was an affordable way to keep the piercing site clean while the ear was healing.

I can't get over how well (and fast) this stuff works! My second earring hole got randomly infected and spread to the first hole also. Not sure exactly how it happened... I wasn't even wearing earrings at the time. Anyhow, It got bad enough that ointments like Neosporin didn't even touch it and I needed an antibiotic. Even after a pretty strong antibiotic, there was still a little bit of infection remaining. I ordered this to try and within a few hours, the redness and lumpiness of the infection were way down. Going on several days now and it's healing it completely. The formula is gentle, too. No stinging or burning. Will always try to have this on hand to clean my piercings in the future!!

Pretty good stuff for my ears pierced supposed to heal your ears a lot faster than without putting anything on it so it’s pretty good stuff

It works u guys, it has 0.09 % benzalkonium chloride, which prevents minor wounds from getting infected.

I had two piercings done on one ear simultaneously, the lobe & the helix. I've read many things that say ONLY USE saline, but when you're using that twice a day (or more) & your ear is showing signs of infection, it only makes sense to step up your game. I don't use this daily due to it being a bit more "harsh" than mere saline, but the moment I think my ear may be getting infected, I will use it, and don't have to generally beyond one day twice a day. It makes the ear feel nice and cool, and gives instant relief, and fights infection. I put it in a cheap spray bottle for better accuracy. It does have a slight smell because it IS an antiseptic, but nothing strong. I will continue to grab for this if there are any signs of infection, but as a daily use thing? No. I will stick with saline.

Has worked great as a cleanser for my daughters recently pierced ears. Good price and now we have two bottles, one in her bathroom to use when she's getting ready in the morning and one for downstairs bathroom if she wants help cleaning in the evening.
