The fan was easy to assemble and hangIt’s beautiful and quietI misplaced the remote control and have no way to turn it onCan I buy a replacement remote controlAnd who do I contact?

The media could not be loaded.  This fan is beautiful and quiet love the timer setting so goes off after so many hours. I recommend this fan. The only drawback is the instructions are in Chinese. My contractor figured it out. The blades are attached to the light fixture so don’t try to remove them. I priced similar fans and the price is great for the look you are going for. It has different colors styles for anyone’s taste the light is LED and soft white

This is a pretty nice fan - looks good and is quiet. A little disappointed that the 2 lighting color options doesn't have a default choice. I like the yellower daylight choice - but the white light always comes on first so you have to click it twice every time to get your light color choice (if you like the daylight choice). I like that the remote is not line of sight like I have on two other similar fans purchased from different manufacturers........One thing that really bothers me on all three fans that I have of this type is that the remote driver squeezes so tight that the live wires coming up from the fan squeeze tight against the metal fan ball. It seems like a direct short waiting to happen in time with the fan vibration eventually stripping the hot wire vinyl coating - exposing it to metal. I don't see any reason why the fan mounting bracket couldn't be made one quarter inch deeper solving this problem.

The media could not be loaded.  Elegant looking fan. I received the gold fan on time and I purchased 2. The person that connected it had a little difficult time but after it was done it looked and functioned as it should. The led light went out about a week into using the fan. I contacted the company and I received a new led light source to replace the one not working. Over all I give this fan 5 stars and I get compliments all the time.

The media could not be loaded.  A little bit of a pain to install but it has great airflow. We have had quite a few of our friends enquire about where we got it who intend to also purchase one similar.I love that it doesn’t look like a ceiling fan unless the fan is turned on, the remote operation is what it is however the lights do change tone every time you turn the light on so that is the one thing I didn’t really like.

I would like someone to contact. The light stopped working and can't get anyone to fix it. Can't even find the part. Do not buy if u don't want problems.

It works fine so far, haven't had issues with blades coming loose. But, I can't use high speed. Fan gets a wobble and will occasionally twist about an inch in the direction the fan is spinning. Double checked everything, all screws and bolts are tight. Medium speed moves plenty of air so i was ok with it. Just a little freaky when its above your head and you see it move in ways its not supposed to.

I love the retractable blades. This fan produces a lot of circulation, very comfortable and quiet. The only downside for me is the bright light, that is not dimmable. But I love this fan!
