This ordinary-looking carton of eggs is a unique shape-sorting toy; it stands out from the rest because it's attractive and adorable, not just functional. Open the robin's egg-blue carton to find six perfectly white eggs. The surprise is that within each egg (which splits in two) is one of six shapes and colors. Just pulling out the eggs and opening them will be a challenge at first. With experience comes more manual dexterity. Great Toy For Small Children, Quality Could Be Improved
I ordered this for my son's 2nd birthday. I ordered this particular one because I liked the idea of the carton to sit/store the eggs in. I like the carton and it is sturdy, but it is kind of difficult to open the latch. I'm sure my son will figure it out soon, but it isn't something he could easily operate right off the bat. As far as the eggs, I do like them and think they are neat, but I was a little disappointed in the quality. Because of the quality, they are a little difficult to open and to push closed. Overall, I am satisfied and my son loves to play with them. The only reason I gave this toy 4 stars is that with a little improved quality this toy would be much easier for a small child to operate. It is great for learning and coordination, though, and is definately a great toy for small children.

Cute but cheap
We had a set of these years ago that we loved. Many of the pieces were missing and we were thrilled to find another set. They are as they appear in the picture with different shapes and colors inside each egg. However they pale in comparison to the set we had before. The case is flimsy and the puzzle eggs are poorly made. Some of the eggs are difficult to separate and some will not stay together.I would not order them again.

Okay quality
Super cute but not the best quality. The crate itself is just cheap and hard to open. My toddler needs help opening them as well as the eggs themselves sometimes as they’re just not fit perfectly. Maybe easier for a bigger kid but then what’s the use as I’m using to help identify shapes (3 year old). But definitely ok quality to use as play food for kitchen.

Not worth the money
This is a very poorly made toy for toddlers. The shape matching is cute, but it is almost impossible to get the eggs pulled apart for an adult, let alone a child. Not to mention there is no way a child can open the egg carton!! Very tricky! Cute toy; but the whole thing needs redesigned! Do not purchase this toy.

Poor Quality
These eggs are just poor quality. I bought them for my 20-month-old son for Christmas, but I can only get about half of them opened. The colors are not very vibrant, and the plastic container (the reason I chose this version of this product) is just very cheaply made. Overall, I am disappointed with this purchase, but the seller was very gracious to refund my purchase price, no questions asked!

Fun & educational toy
There was mixed reviews on this toy, so I thought I'd share my thoughts on this since I just got it today.Pros- FUN toy for my 2 year old to learn shapes & matching them up together. Also great eye-hand coordination. So far, my daughter is loving it!Con - the box is a bit hard to open and close. Once I figured it out it's a bit easier, but near impossible for my 2 year old. I figured I can eventually throw out the container and put the eggs in something else.Overall- glad I bought these! Like I said, my daughter likes them! :)

Adorable and fun
My toddler is obsessed with EGGS. To get him to stop going in the fridge and getting real ones, I got him this. Amazing purchase. The size of the case is perfect for a 2 year old. He learned quickly how to open the eggs and always puts them back together with the right shapes. I find these little guys all over the living room now and it makes me so happy.

Cute, just make sure they all open
I would have given it 5 stars if one of the eggs weren't glued together, it took a while (elbow grease, tools, and grunts) to open it. I'm just glad i checked it before mailing off. On the other hand my god-daughter thought it was food and loved carrying them around and trying to fit the wrong pieces together. I love that it has the carton too.
