I have seen no improvement using this product at all what a disappointment

I liked this product and would continue to use it, but the price just jumped from $29.97 to $49.95 ... not cool

I've been using this supplement for some time and I find it to be easily digested. I'm not a physician but I can tell, based on my own experience, that it evidently works well, but that experience I think, may vary depending on physiological condition y metabolic stability of every person. I think it can do no harm by surely it may do good to anyone in need of its components to promote well being. Very good product with no issues so far. Thank you.

I wasn't sure about this, but I think it works, at least somewhat. I can't tell anything in my face, but for the first time, my hair stylist told me my hair is really healthy and I don't need to trim much off of it. She's been cutting/highlighting my hair for 5 years and has never said that to me before. I would have to give this the credit for that. I will keep taking it for my hair and hope it will help my face over time. But we can't expect 56 years to be fixed in 3 1/2 months. It's a good mix and worth trying. A younger person will probably see quicker results. It's a keeper for me right now.

As many people, noticed improvement after about 7-10 days. Less redness, fewer blemishes, smaller blemishes that healed faster, and what felt like softer, thicker, firmer, less dry skin. The changes were very subtle but I plan to continue to take these and see if I start to get compliments after the full 4 months of use as many people have stated.
