Does this come pre-assembled, and is this module stackable?

Yes and yes. Mine arrived with some bent pins but nothing serious. Pretty sure this is the older Adafruit design with minor RTC reset problem, again not a serious issue for most applications. Will need a battery, not shipped with board. Great board for the price!
