SmartConnect Kit

Simple product, but it will not work. Cannot get the soap to prime or even move up to the sink/dispenser. I put the original bottle and dispenser back and it works fine. Not a good product and I will be returning them (I bought 2).

The Direct Dispense SmartConnect Kit totally solved our problem! Our Firm is in the process of renovating all of our employee pantries on 24 different floors. The side soap dispenser on the new sinks we selected came with the standard small, hard-to-fill and reach reservoir bottle. Our employee pantries are heavily used, so we needed a solution where the dish soap would not require refilling on a daily basis. I went searching on the web and came across this system. We ordered a sample to test and it worked perfectly. Installation was simple: Just remove the small reservoir bottle and connect the tubing directly to the pump. The other end connects to a 64oz. bottle (will work with many different sizes) of dish soap which we sat on the floor of the cabinet below the sinks. Simply pump several times to prime the tube and it just works. Our Conference Room staff appreciates the fact that they will not need to monitor the soap dispensers for refilling on a daily basis. It’s likely we’ll actually get several weeks between refills, especially if we move to the 1 gallon bulk jugs of soap. I highly recommend this solution. I was so impressed that I ordered one for my home kitchen too!

Great invention. Convenient and Efficient. No need to guess how much soap is left in the dispenser. You can use any bottle.Unfortunately the rubber that attaches to the pump mechanism becomes loose in time and falls off easily. I had to use a tie wrap to keep it from falling off.

The pump is a great idea and does work, however the tube is so long that you lose some suction and the soap dribbles out. Great concept but didn't work out for me.

Not a good value. Pump does not stay primed because (I believe) length of tube hose creates too much gravity for the liquid soap. Soap does not stay in the tube high enough to use dispenser on demand. Stopper in bottle does not create a compete sealing of air, so soap recedes back down the tubing. Only other solve maybe to place the liquid soap container higher up within the base cabinet, using shorter tubing, so there less distance for the soap to travel; i.e., place the container nearer to where the original container was. Haven't tried that yet.....but, overall, not a good value for the money spent.

This is the best, most practical invention! I absolutely dreaded having to add soap to my kitchen soap dispenser because the plastic bottle held only about 8 ounces and it always overflowed as I poured the liquid soap in because it was hard to see when it was full. I've used this smart connect kit for almost a year and love it!(This my second one for a gift). It is easy to install and all I do is connect it to a 32 ounce bottle under the sink. All kitchen and bath soap dispensers should skip the bottles and come with this.

The dispenser works great. Easy to install. Took probably 5 minutes. My old soap pump/dispenser wasn't working with it at first, so I emailed the company and was surprised to receive both an email and call within 1 day from the inventor of the kit. He asked me to call him back to help figure out the problem. We spoke and determined that the problem was with my pump/dispenser. I replaced it and everything immediately worked perfectly. Happy with the purchase and looking forward to not having to refill the soap so much.

SIMPLY DOESN'T WORK! IT TAKES FOREVER TO PRIME AND WORKS BUT IF ANY TIME PASSES SOAP HAS TO BE REPRIMED WHICH TAKE A MINUTE OR TWO. IT'S SUPPOSED TO SAVE TIME SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO SWITCH BUT ENDS UP TAKING MORE THAN JUST REFILLING THE REGULAR SOAP DISPENSER.
