3 years later - Still works great
This thing is super fun. For the longest time my 3 year old wouldn't walk buy it. Haha. It can be LOUD. But what's nice is you can adjust the volume. The material is nice and it really looks cool hunched over with a bowl of candy. Kids love it. Perfect Halloween addition to my porch. As I said, I've had it 3 years now and it still works like a charm.

Fun, scary and good value
This scarecrow was a blast. It pops up and screams just like it is supposed to. Kids loved it. It’s probably a little too scary for 5 yrs n younger but all other kids had to do it more than once

Really an awesome, and lifelike scarecrow.
Oh my goodness this thing is awesome!!! Took this to a Halloween Campout and both kids, and adults alike loved this Scarecrow! Put your hand in his bowl to retrieve candy, and his head pops up quickly and he yells, and it scares the tar out of you. The little Grandchildren loved this thing, and it kept them entertained, entertained, entertained!😂 This is really neat so don’t pass this thing up.

This. guy was a hit for halloween. I thought that a chair was included, so be aware that you will be receiving the figure only. I placed it on a patio chair which worked fine. Well made item, just make sure that the sensor is not being blocked for the best effect and function.

Very spooky!
This is the simplest prop but it works very well! It's just creepy looking, and the sound is really effective.

Didn’t work
The motion sensor is on the inside of the candy bowl. Whenever someone reaches into the bowl it’s supposed to activate the scarecrow. However, even if you move your hand all around the inside of the bowl it wouldn’t do anything. However, if you have a light on in the room and turn it off it would activate the scarecrow! Not sure why but it just wouldn’t operate properly. Seller approved the return and I’m waiting for the refund. I do realize that sometimes you just get a defective product. I will update this review to let others know if the seller follows through with issuing the refund or not. UPDATE::::; I was charged a restocking fee for returning a DEFECTIVE product! BEWARE of this company! How can you charge someone for restocking a DEFECTIVE item that was returned?
