Dish Drying Rack 2 Tier, Kitchen Dish Rack with Drainboard, NATUROUS

I love that this rack has two tiers and that the drainage tray slides in and out without having to be tipped.However, the unit overall is very flimsy. The rack for glasses/cups doesn't secure onto anything so glasses need to be arranged in a strategic manner to make sure they're balanced, otherwise they fall off. Also, the silverware rack and glass rack drip on the counter because the drainage tray isn't long enough. I have a drying mat to place underneath it, but it's definitely a design flaw. Lastly, mine didn't come with the tool to help loosen the screws as another reviewer mentioned, although it was fairly easy to loosen them by hand. I will be returning this.Update 1/8/20:While disassembling it to return, I found rust everywhere!!! There was even rust water dripping out of the poles. I am so glad I returned this as the quality is obviously substandard.

I really, really wanted to like this dish rack. I like the way it looks and the idea of a 2-tier dish rack to save on counter space. Unfortunately, not all of the nuts actually thread onto the metal ends for installation so the final piece is unstable/wobbly. I'll probably wind up going to Home Depot or something to buy better nuts to fit with the end caps.Overall I'm still going to keep and use this, but it'll require some out-of-the-box modifications. Additionally, the things for hanging cups and storing utensils aren't really attached to the main frame. I've only had my dish rack for about a week and both pieces have already fallen off multiple times just from being jostled as I reach to put down dishes. (Again though, maybe this problem will go away after I fix the stability issue.)

Design was good but made like crap. We returned this because it rusted in just a couple of weeks. One would think a manufacturer would use materials that are rust resistant since you're putting just washed dished on this for drying. What great mind (aka: who) chose the materials for this? Sad :-(

I love this dish rack it stacks up instead of taking up too much space on the counter it’s very easy to assemble, it’s a light weight wire rack that is easy to move around if needed it also has a removable tray on the bottom to remove the water that drops off of the dishes the only 2 problems are the plate stack on top and the rack is tall so keep that in mind if you have overhead cabinets and the silverware and cup holders are on the ends and the bottom pan don’t sit underneath them but they are removable to place inside the sink for draining in you need to, otherwise great dish, it fits the glamorous look

This awesome little dish rack is very sturdy it hold alit more dishes than I have on my pics it is made well, easy to put together, a tool included makes assembling fast. I am overly impressed with this dish rack. I even purchased mine “ used” but I can’t even see that it was used there was not even a spec on it it came mint in the package!! Looks nice and easy to put together. However, I was missing a end nut. But since I already threw out my old one, I decided to just go to the hardware store and get a replacement part. Company needs to do spot checks to insure all parts are in the box. I already sent one item back for missing/broken parts. Overall, I love the look of this product.

Installation was super easy, plus it came with that handy little tool so I didn’t have to dig through my tool box to find the right sized wrench.I already had a dish drying mat so I didn’t need the clear plastic water dish that came with it.The o oh thing I don’t like is that the cups drip off the mat (and the clear dish) when they are drying, not too much of a big deal but the design could have been a little more accommodating to that.

The media could not be loaded.  This rack is a good value for the money. Wire could be a little thicker but it's sturdy enough to hold everything I've hung on it. I am going tiny and want to be able to store dishes on the rack and it's plenty sturdy enough. The cup rack will hold coffee mugs, however that is my greatest concern area. If you have heavy mugs you love, I'd put them on the bottom. Otherwise, I love it!

Le concept est bon, j'aurais fait les supports ustensiles un peu pus haut et des surfaces additionnelles, besoin d'installer un grand cabaret pour recueillir toute l'eau et surtout, je l'aurais fabriquer en inox, début déjà de la rouille. Bon, il était moins cher que les autres ! Et voilà

easy to set up and the instructions are clear. For plates are nice to put on the top layer, second layer for small pot are fine too. Recommend to put a towel under the hanging drainer.
