I got a pair of these for each of my two bicycles, and I love them. They're soft to the touch - almost sexy - and effectively distribute the pressure across a broader area of my hands.Do they totally prevent tingling and numbness in my hands? Not in my case, but they certainly reduce it. My neuropathy may be a side effect of the blood pressure medication I'm using.When I checked for something similar in the local bike shops, I found a variety of similar grips, the cheapest of which was over twice the price of these. And these didn't take nearly as long to arrive (from China) as predicted. I had them in about a week.They were about half an inch longer than my original (fairly standard) grips, to make room for the end clamps, and I had to move the brake and derailleur levers inward a bit on the handlebars. But this posed no problem at all. The end clamps secure the grips at whatever angle you want. Don't over-tighten them, lest you damage the soft rubber.The ideal position of the flexible 'flaps' is approximately horizontal to the ground on my fairly standard hybrid bikes, allowing my wrists to be fairly straight. The position is such that heal of my hands deflect the soft 'flaps', somewhat for optimum strain relief.

Helps with the numbness. I know there are many factors that go with that, but these are very comfortable.

I love these grips. they are awesome and there easy to install.
