I have tried a multitude of products from GNC and they are all pretty high in carbs and sugars. This protein powder is fantastic; it is low in carbs, sugars and has avg amount of calories. It also tastes decent compared to other products I have tried; one product from GNC, which was also vanilla, tasted like vomit, luckily this is worlds apart from that.My only complaint is I wish it was sold it the super large containers, i.e. 5lbs+Overall this is an excellent product that I have already ordered a second container of and I plan to continue buying.

I am not one to take supplements. I have always been lactose intolerant. I've taken it for a week and I am so happy to say I have not had any bad side affects ! Herculean I bought is lactose free , cholesterol free, fat free,only 2 carbs per scoop,Sweetened with stevia. I have more energy , strength and fill good all day ! Protein mix came as advertised, with the exception of me not reading the weight of this product. The normal size I purchase is in the two pound range not this miniature under 1 pound sent. Its my own fault in assuming the weight, and not looking more careful at the label. The picture does lead you to believe it is larger than it actually is, at least the way i see it. Taste is okay and does mix well, just not a whole lot of product for the money to mix.

I've been using this for a couple of weeks now. Great stuff! Blends well in my blender cup and add a little peanut butter and I'm good to go.

This is a great supplement to add to meals and for after workouts. Other more expensive supplements have much more unnecessary protein and could be taken alone unless you are a body builder. Plus they're more expensive.More protein equals to more fat, strive for a balanced diet with a lot of nutrients.This one is excellent with smoothies and baking. The vanilla is, well, vanilla. Not very sweet so if you like a sweeter tasting powder you may want to add a few packets of Stevia or whatever sweetener you prefer.Put it in the blender with about 8 ounces cold water and one ice cube. You'll get nice consistent gains and increase your recovery time. This product is just as beneficial as any of those fancy more expensive proteins.The reason I am giving this a 3 star is because I noticed that all the labels were pulled out of the packet and a new one put on! The packet itself was dirty. It gave me an impression that this was very old stock!I purchased this at a discounted price for a fair and honest review.
