inFUNity Motorized Steam Engine Train Blocks Compatible with Major Brand Train Track, Electric Train Set

So I bought this for my son's 5 y.o birthday present. It comes in multiple bags of "lego" pieces. Unlike real legos these pieces are not sorted into any real order thus it's basically a free for all trying to put them together. I did enjoy bonding with my son trying to put this together but there are so many pieces that this takes some hours of work to put together.After about an hour, I decided we would put the pieces on the side and come back to it the next day. Of course, with a 5y.o the pieces got sorted, the directions misplaced and 2 weeks later we still haven't put this set together.The directions are not in english so that doesn't help much either and like I said, the fact that the pieces are not sorted doesn't help. True Lego systems do a good job of organizing the blocks together so that your work is in a systematic manner. This set is just a big dumpster dive.Also, I thought this set came with a complete set of train tracks. It does not! I'm not sure if this train will run on the normal lego tracks but if I can ever get it all completed I will update with my findings.If you are an advanced lego fanatic you may like this. If you are a novice or if this is for a kid I would suggest another set. So far it's looking like $39.99 down the drain.These pieces do work interchangeably with lego pieces though so you can always use them together to make other things.

My 9 year loved building this train. Best part was that it was batteries powered moved great on track. Came in a wonderful container to store in with lid. Why I gave 4 stars is did not come with enough tracks to even make a small full track for train to move completely around. Also little difficult for my 9 year to build on own. Needed help of adult. Once built loved it. Excited that it actually moved. Had to order more tracks for train to move on.

This worked great, all pieces were there to get it running and you can’t beat the price compared to the name brand motorized sets. Note you will need more tracks to make a loop for the train to go around. After following the straight forward instructions and building this, I was able to fulfill my main goal of using the pieces to motorize my Hogwarts Express set.

I bought this one and one other one of same brand different model. This one was for me and the other for my kid. This is exactly the same as lego brand. Some pieces are a little different or difficult fitting together. All in all the same thing very pleased will buy again. Love it!Buying more track was a must for me but will work on any surface.

This Motorized Steam Engine Train was purchased for my 4 year old grandson. He is a Lego and train fanatic and loves playing with this Lego track and train set. We are glad that it is battery powered which is much safer for younger children.

Got this as a christmas present for my son. Looks great, all of the markings on the box are in Chinese so I'm hoping the directions are in English. Haven't opened it yet though.

My son loves legos but they are SO expensive! He lived this kit for his 9th birthday!
