I wasn't sure how this thing would work, I was worried that the bill might become misshapen due to the amount of water used in cleaning it. I've washed three hats so far, and all of them have come out clean with the bills intact. I have a habit of curving my bills, and they all maintained their shapes. They don't recommend using it in a washing machine without an agitator, which mine doesn't have, so I used the dishwasher which worked fine.

Don't wait like I did! Already tested it out a few times. LOVE IT! Revived a few caps that I've had in the closet, refusing to throw them out for years!! A quick wash and dry cycle - and BOOM - I have my favorite lids back!!! I have a few more to revive, and I plan on rocking these classics yet this weekend! Don't worry, the bill hold up perfectly!***TIP: For REALLY grungy/sweating hats, spray a little OxyClean (or similar) prior to washing, brush off the build-up and throw it it the cage. Works great in a standard size washer. I always allow my hats to air dry… I leave them in the rack to air dry.

Good product

Overall it cleaned then hats, but only problem is if you have a top loader the hat cage comes apart and warps it a bit during wash. Luckily was in the wash bag so wasn’t too bad.

Never washed a ball cap in the machine before but with this it is easy, and the cap came out really nice and clean. Held it's shape after drying also. Try it you'll like it,
