is it compatible with MT 621 watch battery?

I dislike giving a negative answer, but I looked at the package and did not see your MT621 battery listed as one of the subs. Listed are LR1130/ AG10/ 389/ LR54/390. That's it. They are a 1.55v battery. I also have a smaller battery, also 1.55v,that fit AG1/364A/ CX60/LR621W, so that won't fit either. Sorry. Have A Happy Holiday!

Are these equivalent to a L621F Battery?

That I don't know. They are 675 and the largest hearing aid battery.
