Great soap for sensitive skin
I got some olive oil soap from Greece and Turkey, and one of them was very earthy and artisanal looking, and that one was my favorite. Since the company doesn’t ship to the US I got on Amazon to find similar. I am very pleased with this find. I have sensitive skin, acne prone, easily oily. I can safely use this on face and body, doesn’t have a scent and feels pretty clean, like actual clean and not just fragrant. It doesn’t lather much. But I don’t mind, I actually have always first used a bar soap then go in with a BHA/AHA foaming body wash with a rag or towel of some kind. I’ve already purchased more

Everyone should have this soap!
Yes, the video about how this soap is made is very cool. No, it does not smell "pretty". It has no fragrance (but this is a good thing, as artificial fragrance is one of those most toxic ingredients in bath/beauty products). It's not scentless in the way Dove Senstive Skin bar soap is. If you've ever smelled unscented handmade soap, that's what this smells like. At first, it doesn't produce an enormous amount of lather, but after 3 or 4 uses, the rich creamy moisturizing lather kicks in, and it is fantastic. I have sensitive skin; the skin on my arms and legs is fairly dry, while my back and chest tend more toward the oily side. Somehow, this soap addresses both issues. Since using this, I have far fewer breakouts, no scaly patches, no rashes, no bumpy spots on the backs of my arms, no itchiness...it's wonderful. What little smell it does have dissipates within 15 or 20 minutes of drying off. Only my legs still require a little lotion (though not as much as before), but so far, I haven't found any soap that moisturizes my legs enough to not need lotion. Also, this bar seems to be lasting quite a while, which is nice. I've been using it for over a month, and it's only about half gone. I store it on the shower caddy that hangs in our shower, so it gets good air circulation, isn't sitting in water, and is mostly out of the way of the shower spray. I don't find this soap to be too expensive. A bar of good handmade soap will run $5 to $7 anyway, and this brand lasts longer than any handmade soap I've ever bought. Oh, and I think the wrapper is pretty, too, if you don't need cutesy swirls and flowers. I will gladly purchase this over and over again.

BEST soap to clean your body!
This is the best soap to use to get a deep, squeaky clean feel. It's not meant to be a luxurious soap and I have no other expectations for it, but boy does this soap clean. I first use it all over my body, which produces a milky-type lather, and immediately after I use an exfoliating mitt to remove the dead skin which... there's A LOT. The tackiness of my skin after using the soap creates the perfect surface for my exfoliating mitt to grab onto, and I get the best clean ever. I'm shocked by how much dead skin comes off but I feel so much better after using it. My skin also feels soft when I use this, but for fragrance purposes I usually follow up with a light lather of regular body wash.Just as the direction say, BE CAREFUL about putting this near moisture. It'll definitely get mold/some weird looking black stuff, and I only know this because I've forgotten to take out the soap from my shower on a few occasions. Usually I'm able to scrape it off, but if it grosses you out be sure to take it out immediately or buy multiple.I have no issues with the smell, but I noticed once using it a couple of times the smell (which isn't bad) goes away. So if that's an issue for you I wouldn't worry about it. All in all I highly recommend!

soap for sensitive skin
The product description says that it's olive oil soap ; yet it does not have the characteristics of the (original Aleppo) olive soap. I expected it to be green in color. It's the color of lard! It's very disappointing. However, having said that, it's a mild soap and fragrance free. So I can use it for my sensitive skin.I have used this soap for over a week now, and I love it. So I have revised my rating now and am giving it four stars. My initial disappointment was the way the soap looked. However, the product is really good. THANK YOU.

The Best Soap on the Planet
If you’re looking for the absolute best bar of soap this is the ONE. It’s magical. It’s the perfect blend of natural ingredients. The recipe for this amazingness is thousands of years old!!!! Jesus probably bathed in the lakes of menatonka and used this same bar! It leaves your skin clean plain and simple. Most people say the bar doesn’t have a scent which is true. But let’s be honest guys and gals, you’re gonna throw on some lotion and fufu smell good stuff after the bath so what difference does soap smell make? A lot of people say it doesn’t sud up. Very true. However, this century birthed the creation of a thing called a “loofa” and yes men can use this bath tool also! This will suds up a bar of this magic in seconds! Longevity you might ask yourself? This bar of soap lasts a very long time and this coming from a guy that takes two showers a day. I’m getting at least a month of use per bar. And if all that doesn’t sell you on at least trying it, there’s ingredients that are specific to the Holy Land that aren’t in any other soap on the planet!! Do some research and watch a YouTube video if you’re still not convinced. Do yourself a favor and try it at least once!
