I returned this hat thinking the electronics were defective -- it wouldnt light up. I ordered the same design, which a variety of companies offer their own version of, and i had the same problem. Then i realized the plastic tabs i could feel through the plush were battery protectors and you simply have to pull them to get it to light up. Some of these rabbit hats have heart shape pads on the paws, others have club shaped pads, and you dont necessarily know what you will receive, for the product they send is rarely the exact model in the ad on amazon. I bother to share this because i was trying to buy an exact replica of my daughters light up rabbit hat ... nope! Each has its own paw lengths, its own hat size, its own feel of material. You cant anticipate what they will send you till you get it.

I lobe the hat on its own, BUT. The ears are very breakable. The lights, they work but one is flickering out. On the other hand its a very cute hat! Everyone loves it, gave it a name and its part of my life now! Would totally buy more. Fits my small head aswell. Very good purchase

Got this for fun hat/cap day at school. Ears move up and down by pressing on the inflatable balls. I started to think it doesn’t light up like most reviewers did, but it does. You gotta feel around right over the balls on the paws and there’s a little cube like box. Off to the side of that cube (you can’t see this cube, it’s inside the ears over the balls where the heart shape is at) you can feel a thin little plastic sticking out of that cube. Now hold on to the cube and pull out that plastic tab, now press down on the heart shape that is part of the paw, and there’s a little button that works the lights! I don’t know why they don’t put instructions. If i hadn’t purchased a similar product with instructions I wouldn’t have known. If it weren’t for that I would of given it a 5 star. Updating after a day of use, one of the lights completely went out. Was only able to use it for a day, still really cute.

I bought this for my daughters “crazy hat day” at school. It didn’t come with instructions for the led lights to activate. When you receive your hat you can view the instructions on Amazon. It was fairly easy once I knew what to do. This is made of super soft material that is much higher quality than anticipated. It was a huge hit at school and at home. Even her teenage siblings all wanted to borrow her hat to wear to school. I highly recommend this inexpensive (not cheap) hat as a gift, a novelty or to keep your head warm. I was extremely happy with this purchase and my daughter loves it so much she wears it every day. The small air pumps and lights are still working after 2 weeks of daily use.

The hat itself is very cute and fits well. The ear pump works just fine, but the lights didn't work in it. At first I thought it was because they had the little plastic things they add to keep the batteries from dying before someone buys it, but I removed them (I think). They were difficult to remove since there was no access to the battery pack unless I ripped out seams to get to them. It's cute, but not all the features advertised worked.

The only reason I am giving this a low review is because it arrived broken! Otherwise it would get 5 stars! I absolutely adored this hat the moment I saw it. Soft, comfy, it fit even my little head! The ears wiggling are soooo cute too! I can't tell you how EXCITED I was for this. So needless to say when I went to turn on the lights.... I was very upset. The right half of this hat has a major connection issue, which causes it to not light up. If I order a product that lights up, I expect it ALL to light up. Not just one side. Also the right side pumper will not fully inflate, only halfway. Very frustrating that I was shipped something defective. And apparently I'm not the only one.

Inside each of the "hands" there are little push switches to turn on the lights. These have those little tabs between the batteries that you need to pull out. You have to fiddle around to try to find the tab to pull out as the battery/switch pods dont come out, they are sealed into the hat. After I removed the tab on 1 side it worked, I couldnt find the tab on the other side, so I decided to make a small slide in the hat to remove the battery/switch. I found that one of the wires was not soldered on, after about 2 minutes I got it soldered back in and it works great. My daughter is going to love this hat.

El gorro está entretenido y bonito, estaría mejor si cubriera más la cabeza; la pilas tiene un papelito de seguridad para que enciendan las luces, creí que no encendían las luces, pero me había faltado quitar el papelito. Les sugiero que si el gorro se ensucia y lo quieren lavar, lo descosan de la parte de adentro para quitar el mecanismo de las orejas y después del estar seco volver a ingresar los mecanismo y coserlos de nuevo, hacer una descosida de 5cm aproximadamente, por ese mismo lugar se puede sacar e ingresar de nuevo las dos orejitas.
