Donvier Half-Pint Ice Cream Maker

What's not to love? Easy to mix ingredients, easy to assemble and easy to stir and make great ice cream, gelato, sherbert or whatever. This is the only ice cream maker for me. Have had electric ones and they are noisy and take longer to assemble. This is like the really old-fashioned way, except better--no salt and no ice needed! And, it is a fun activity for the family to do together while watching TV, out on the porch after dinner or really anytime--in the middle of the day for example! This really does make fantastic ice cream every time. Highly recommend.

No :(I have one at home already that a friend gave me and I love it! So much so that I bout another one. However, when I got it home the plastic pieces that scrape the freezing ice cream bits off and the connecting lever that can be seen in the picture were missing. These pieces are crucial for being able to actually use the device. So, I sent it back and have not been able to locate another one.

It worked as expected. However, the packaging made the item appear used even though it was new.

It will not be useful to me. I'm sorry I purchased it.
