Great for our knees!

Pain Reliever Vitamin pill
Whenever I feel muscular pain this is my go to pill.

Difficult to Swallow
I thought these were made with good ingredients. I had a lot of difficulty swallowing these capsules. They would just stick in my throat. I could not swallow or cough up. I had to wait until they were dissolved enough in my throat to swallow.

These capsules are large but effective
I felt nervous trying to swallow one of these because of the large size. Tried to return the item online and was denied. Ended up opening the capsule and dissolving the contents in water it didn't taste bad. It seems to already help with inflammation.
