Bedtime in the Meadow

Lovely bedtime read!

I think the story is cute as well as the illustrations. It's a nice quick read to unwind for bed. I agree with some of the other reviewers that the words can be hard to read - if you have poor eyesight or if the lighting is dim. Otherwise in a fully lit room I see it just fine. Little one likes to put the book in his mouth and so far it's been about 2 weeks of putting it in his mouth every night and it has held up.

Delightful cadance, soft and soothing illustrations. Love the language used, e.g. "Butterfly naps on a brown cattail pillow/Meadowlark rests on a branch of the willow". One of our bedtime favorites.

My 1 year old daughter absolutely adores this book. So much so that we had to order another because the first was ripped apart. Excellent rhyme and meter, sweet pictures, and a good book to end the night with.

Good story but hard to read. The color of the print blends right in with the background. I feel like I’m reading it with eyes of a 90 year old.

Colorful and fun! I love the padded board books. I feel like they last much longer. Tiger tales are one of my favorite book companies. The story is colorful and my family loves woodland creatures especially foxes so this find was very exciting!
