Great training tool. The smallest "gray" band will really work you with its robust resistance. One of my training clients actually bought the medium "blue" band from me this morning. Only got to use it once. Kickbacks and lateral leg raises will never be the same.Important point to keep in mind with hip bands...They break-in over time and with frequency of use. Ease into using them and remember that they probably will feel more elastic after a couple weeks of use/break-in. Also, do not expose to extreme heat conditions by leaving in a hot car, or in direct sunlight. Typically, elastic bands are not the same after exposure to high heat conditions.Peak Performance Trainer

Wow. Wow. Wow. I was so sick of the rubber latex bands that interfere with rolling up during your workout. These have a latex material that sticks to your clothing and does not move, roll and the resistance is incredible. Sounds crazy but I saw results after 1 use. Would highly recommend. Quality is amazing colors are fun and can't wait to post Pix.I have used these since day 1 that I received them. Never did I ever think I would be able to make my dimples look less visible. These are amazing and I have noticed more change with these than my dumbbells and kettle bells. These are a must have. I am using the Middle band now. The smaller band is good but, I had a tibial plateau fracture and still recovering from that. MUST MUST HAVE!

Absolutely love these. I always hated using resistance bands because they were typically made out or some type of rubber or silicone and would snap easily! These are made out of super stretchy woven material and have a silicone grip on the other side so they wont slide down when your using them. The bands come in 3 sizes for multiple workouts. The bands also come with a storage bag which great for me since I like to throw them in my gym bag.

Just got my bands and tested them out and checked the seems and quality and they are freaking awesome!! Wasn't sure what I would get since this is my second buy on amazon and I'm so happy and satisfied. I have really sensitive skin so these work perfectly for sensitive skin. It does say in the description that the colors are black, grey and white while on the picture the white one is actually a lighter shade if grey and that I am thankful for. 100% satisfied and will be buying more for gifts for friends. Look no more these work so well!!

These are awesome! Just like the ones I see advertised on Facebook for $27 EACH! Pinterest has pages and pages of workouts/how to’s for these bands. They are sturdy and excellent quality!

I had issues with thinner resistance loops rolling down my legs during moves. These stayed in place and are actually quite comfortable. The thinner bands gave me bruises. These RLs have a weird smell when you first open them, but after they air out they’re okay.

Bands are very well made. I use them in conjunction with 80 Day Obsession and they work very well. I still use the regular bands for some of the moves where I put the band around my ankles and fert. But it was a huge difference using these bands around my thighs!

These bands are an excellent choice due to the different sizes that are available. I love the quality of the bands and the nice carrying case that makes traveling with them very easy. The bands are reinforced on the inside so that you can exercise without the fear of them rolling up and out of place.
